This mop does everything I needed it to. No problems with it... it's a workhorse. All I get from it is what I bought it for... clean floors. AND at a sale price!

I ordered this on the one good review that there was as well as price but when I received it it had water in the reservoir, upon contacting the company that shipped and makes them they had the nerves to tell me it’s because they tested it before shipping my thing is if I buy something at the store it’s not going to have water in it and they said the checked it out to make sure it works!

It showed dirty and doesn't work. I will be sending it back for a refund. It had water in and a used pad. It was boxed up just like it was new.

Great and convenient way to clean
Since the pandemic, I use more time and energy to make sure my house is clean and sanitized but I knew that vacuuming and simply mopping the floor were not enough, so I decided to buy an affordable steam mop. I'm glad that this is the steam mop that I bought because it is very easy to use and really works well.
