Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable+functional+stylish=Perfect I bought this for and just used this on a trip to Atlanta from Philadelphia on American Airlines. I packed for a 10 day trip using only this bag (thank you thin, synthetic, summer fabrics). This bag was easy to pack, was easy to zip (the zipper problems of other reviewers seem to have been fixed), rolled smoothly, fit under the seat of the 2x2 older (no screens in seat backs) plane, and it was easy to access its contents at my destination. The handle worked very smoothly and the height of it was such that I didn't have to reach down to grab it every time the security checkpoint (or other) line moved (I'm 5'6"). In Philadelphia I walked extensively almost from one end of the airport to the other and through the massive parking lot and this bag smoothly rolled along behind me with no effort. I disagree with making it a spinner; spinners often need to be manipulated over bumps while this one goes over everything easily because it's being pulled. I bought this to replace a rolling backpack I had used for years because I wanted something more stylish that fit my age a bit better (49). I never check luggage because I had a well-tagged (3 ID tags) large suitcase stolen off baggage claim in Philadelphia and it scarred me for life lol. I highly recommend this very stylish bag!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Gate Checking - But not a Guarantee I took 2 trips with this little suitcase and tote in October. One was a 3 day trip for business, the other a longer, personal trip. I was able to take everything I needed for the business trip. I used packing cubes and was careful not to fill the outer compartments too full. That said, it holds a lot! It fit under the seat of the regional jet I took to/from Chicago with no trouble. The tote went in the overhead compartment, but be careful not to fill it so the sides bulge. I took a newer 737-800 jet out of Chicago. It had a screen in the seat ahead, but the down side of that is less width under the seat in front of you. The suitcase just fit, but because the seats are so close there is then no place to put your feet. I'm not tall, but it was still a problem. Halfway through the flight I was so uncomfortable that I pulled it out and pushed it against the bulkhead. Not a good move, but I had to do something. The 737-800 I took back was older, without the screen in the seatback so there was more room under the seat without the metal case on the side for what I assume was wiring. Better luck on the second trip. I was able to lift the suitcase in the overhead bin and put the tote under the seat. Bottom line, you can fit it under your seat on a regional jet as well as a larger plane, but be careful what you wish for on that. Best bet is to put it in the overhead bin. It's so small it's more likely to fit. BTW, it did not fit in the sizer for the economy airlines. I tried it while at the airport. I'm still glad I bought it and look forward to using it again. The tote is a very nice bonus and I found it easy to walk through airports with and without carpeting with the tote stacked on the suitcase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sun Shine I am only traveling from NY to NC, the flight only 1 hour and 15 minutes f thought this would be great for this trip. After landed the back up bag kept falling off the carry on bag when I notice two small holes on the bottom of the back up bag. For that I am returning this to you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zipper, smell, colour. Ugh First the inside zipper is sewn in crooked making the pouch unusable. Next the tote has a terrible stink so I would not want to put my things in it. Thirdly the water bottle holder only stretches on one so only a very skinny little bottle will fit. Fourthly it is not red, it is a raspberry or maroon colour. It should have 4 spinner wheels not 2 straight line wheels. Lastly the wheels ripped up on one use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great For Travel I purchased this bag for a vacation trip. It was perfect. It holds a lot and fits easily under your seat. It also attached easily to the handle of my luggage. I would highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm sold I just test packed: 2 pr.pants, 5 tops, 10 underwear, 2 bras, 2 camis, 5 pr. sneaker socks, 1 pr. flip flops, 2 nightgowns, 1 thin cardigan for evening, cosmetic bag without liquids. I'm planning on taking this on a 9 day trip to Italy and with my other carry on, I think it will be fine. Haven't tested under the seat yet, but I can lift it easily which was one of my goals. The extra bag is large enough but has no inside pockets or dividers. Can be carried on the handle of the wheeled bag because of the design. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best bag ever!! I first purchased this bag years ago, then a couple years later purchased another for my husband. These bags have gone around the world with us so are well traveled and have been perfect with the abuse of long trips. They give new meaning to "take a lickin and keep's on tickin", don't know what we'd do with out them, they hold much more than it appears if you are somewhat careful in how you pack them. Am now back to buy more for our adult children, cause they keep borrowing ours, and a family trip is coming up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Small Very nice looking and light weight but way too small for the price. I probably could have only fit one day worth of clothes in it. Had to return.
