Tramontina Style Ceramica Porcelain Enamel 11"Deep Skillet is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from best skillet ever I got this a month ago, all my non stick easy clean pans did not do. Ordered this one to try and I am impressed. I followed the instructions to heat and oil it first then use accordingly. You never put it over med heat and there is no need to. my stove goes to number 8 and I start this on 4 and once hot It goes down to 3 or 2, Cooks excellent and BROWNS!!! I did my fried potatoes and they browned beautiful. My other nonstick never browned nice. Clean up is a breeze. I fry liver in my other non stick and I have to add boiling water and soak for hours and then rub hard because it always stick and that is the hard anodized set. This worked excellent and clean so easy. My husband just used it the other day when we had to cook with 2 skillets but I only had this new one so we used the anodized one and he did the dishes, and he was impressed. He could not get the stuff out of the other pan so I told him how to soak it. BUT he cleaned this one and was done in seconds. He is so impressed He said go ahead and get the rest of the set. So Here I am ordering the rest. They are not in a set so I am ordering them by the piece. I am sticking to this exact design. There is another design that is a set there but it does not match and it looks different. I will pay more for what I purchased before because it is worth it. I only use silicon spatulas, spoons and turners in my skillets so I do recommend that. No metal and No plastic or wooden utensils and no silverware like forks. I can't say enough about this skillet. I saw it at a popular local department store but it is not the same. The name is there but the quality is not. This one is make in Italy and the Other the USA, but they changed it. It is thinner and not as heavy. So Get this one. Hope you all love it the way I do. Follow instruction sheet and you should have no problems.
