Rated 3 out of 5 by from Damaged!!! My Traeger came with dents on the bottom of the hopper AND the control panel is protruding. I noticed the dents while assembling the leg near the panel!!! To return the grill is a complete imposition! I was discounted the price. However, I was very disappointed and really should have taken the negative reviews at heart.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dented The grill arrived badly dented. We called to notify QVC and were told that we would be refunded and that UPS would be back the next day to pick up the return. UPS NEVER came back to get the grill even though we were assured that the return process was started. We never received the refund and are still trying to recover our funds. My husband loaded up the 100+ pound grill and took it to the UPS center for a return. We’re so disappointed! The birthday surprise was ruined!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dented Badly Box came in good shape. Was packed well with no dents or misspacking. Grill on other hand was badly dented. I could not get ahold of QVC only automated. Wrote email have not received response. I have no idea how to get back in box because this is heavy. I have read past reviews and am worried about function. Unfortunately UPS guy said the other one he delivered on same day is going back for dents. Very unhappy because money is tight and I maybe taking a loss I cant afford. QVC says in their automated communication they are here for us in these tough times but not so far. I called traeger and they said it was a 2hr wait time to speak to anyone. Maybe because they are on the phone with all these unhappy QVC customers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the grill, but came with a dent. The transaction overall when smooth. I love the grill. It was exactly what was shown. The box was pretty beat up and the grill was dented. I tried calling and chatting with someone but due to COVID - apparently - there was no way to speak to a live person to or to chat. Disappointed that I spent $700 on a dented grill and that I was unable to speak or chat with anyone to know what could be done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Purchase ! I ordered the copper color and black came dented ! I called to exchange for the color I ordered and all sold out ! Packing it back up was a nightmare! QVC’s mistake and I am without the grill .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from quality stinks DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! WORST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE. IF YOU BAR-B-Q MORE THAN ONCE A MONTH, DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND ANYTHING, AND TRY TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE, LOL. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET THE WEBBER. THE HECK WITH TRAGER, FOR THE MONEY THEY ARE REAL BAD.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a nightmare! I purchased this as a TSV in April. There were no dents or damage done to the grill. I managed to put it together (relatively simple). Then I put the grill through the seasoning process. It smoked so badly that I had to stop the neighbors from calling the fire department and I shut it down (following the process). I called Traeger and was told to simply go through the entire process again, which I did, but then the thermostat wouldn't hold the temperature. Called Trager again, I was told to go through the seasoning process again. I did and had the same problem, it just wouldn't hold the temperature (dropped to 250 degrees). Well, that took care of Memorial Day and the weeks following. I again called and was told that I needed a new Thermostat. It was to come in a couple of weeks. Nearing the end of June, I called again and was told that the part was back ordered and wouldn't be available until the end of September!!!. So much for summer grilling. I contacted both QVC and Traeger and demanded either an exchange or refund. QVC said to send it back. Thank goodness I have a strong neighbor (Marine) and he got it back in the box. UPS picked it up today. Let's hope I get my money back in full.
