Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Got To Use It Wish I could write a review on the grill. It arrived in a damaged box and the grill was very damaged too. Extreme damage to the auger and more. We had to buy rolls of tape to put the box back together to send it back. The cardboard box that it comes in is way too thin to send such a heavy item. Please change the cartons because it’s so disappointing to wait all that time and then you have to go through all kinds of calls to get it picked back up. I still wish I had the Traeger but it’s just too heavy and big when they send it in a thin cardboard box. We spent a lot of time trying to put it together and then a lot more time going out to buy rolls of heavy tape to put the box back together. They won’t pick it up if the box isn’t all back together again. We spent hours on the whole process. Very very disappointing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working already Barely had it a year, probably used it 7 - 8 times and now it will not heat up. Called customer service and was told to basically take it apart to check connection. Sorry but that is not an option for me, I am NOT a repair person. That is a LOT of money to spend for one years worth of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love My Traeger! Best smoker/grill ever! Can do much more than smoke foods. I use it as an oven replacement in the summer months. Also use a cast iron pan to grill vegetables and even make breakfast! So versatile!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero Stars for Traeger Customer Service I purchased this smoker grill from QVC in September 2019 for my son-in-law. I can’t say anything one way or another about the product because, ten months later, he has still not been able to use it. Initially, when we finally heard back from Traeger Customer Service, they claimed the problem was caused by my son-in-law, that he had overfilled the pellets or he had allowed the pellets to become wet! Since when is the first response of any Customer Service representative to place blame on the customer?!? We learned, from other owners of Traeger grills, that the most likely problem is a defective pin in the auger assembly. This turned out to be the problem and would not be a big deal if only Traeger Customer Service would be better at returning customer phone calls and keeping their promises to send a replacement pin. Unfortunately and frustratingly, this has been going on for months, and, I feel, beyond any excuse. I am disappointed and regret that it was a Traeger product that I selected as a gift for my son-in-law (if I had it to do over, I would purchase a Rec-Tec grill instead). I keep my fingers crossed that Traeger Customer Service can get its act together and send a replacement pin before the summer is over.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible purchase I purchased this grill and it took about 11 days to receive it. I then assembled it with a buddy who has one. I did all the first start up as book tells you. Since I’ve had it anytime I smoke something over 3 hours it turns off and shows a Err code. I’ve tried calling / emailing QVC to get help or my money back before its to late based on their return policy, and I’ve had no luck in contact. I then call traeger talked to a guy and he told me he would have a answer for me in 24 hours. 3 days later I call back and speak with another guy , this guy tells me he is going to send me a different computer board that I need to install. This is a total of 10-15 uses total and 60% of them have failed. I just want my money back so I can go purchase a grill that you can actually set it and forget it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Defective product We finally received our  copper Traeger Ridgeland 572. We unpacked the grill and there are several dents! The lid does not sit even, so there is no way even to ignore the dents. It won't cook properly. I called QVC. They said we have to repack the grill, then send back for refund. They could not send replacement. How are we going to get the grill back in the same box??? QVC Customer Service said they could order another model that was smaller and did not have the extras and cost $150 more.  You can come to the conclusion it was damaged in shipping,  but it would seem the packaging was insufficient. So disappointed.  The owner of Traeger did a good job of selling the product on the show, but  then the customer is left high and dry with no help when something isn't right. I did my part and paid for the product,  it would be nice if companies stepped up and provided the service that was paid for.
