Rated 1 out of 5 by from I don't do reviews but... I don't normally do reviews but buyer beware on this one. Like another reviewer has stated, I as well cannot get the data to work. I am pretty tech savvy and switched only because I'm mainly on wifi but there are times I need the data and this was not there for me. I contacted customer service which is hard to understand them because of their foreign language, so you spend even more time trying to figure out what they are saying. I turned on every button I could to try and make the data turn on but no luck. It's a decent phone but go for the LG. I've had the Rebel 3 and was excellent and cheaper than this and had the Stylo 4 on another carrier. I am returning this for the LG Stylo 4. Do yourself a favor and avoid this phone even though it's at a good affordable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dhlgranny The phone is not what it should be for a track phone. Have had this phone for 2 months now and cannot connect to data for out of range of wifi. Have called tracphone to correct problem and still doesn't work. You have to check every time you change to another feature like messager, set alarm, check sound for each feature. Not happy with phone at all will give to granddaughter to use. She likes the phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth The Price I am a former iPhone user and this is no iPhone but is a much better value. It is also better than the Samsung Galaxy I had previously. The only complaint is that it acts "quirky" at times - when texting it enters letters that I did not type? Also, I reconfigured the ring tones but they are not reconfigured?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from trouble keeping my phone # The same thing happened with mine as with Carrie66. it activated very easily, but soon had roaming messages and could not call, etc. I spent an hour with the 2nd layer of customer service HQ ( who was very patient with me) but it ended up I would have to get a new phone #. the phone thought it/I was in Florida (not NC) , was roaming for signal and voice mail was trying to hook up with Verizon. I have been with Tracfone forever and happy in spite of this little glitch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Phone I read the other review and was apprehensive but thought I'd roll the dice. I had no issues with transferring my number to this phone. It literally took less than 5 minutes for the transfer to complete despite the warning from TracFone that it could take up to 2 days. This is a very user friendly phone as long as you know some of the fundamentals of smart phone technology. I have been a TracFone customer for over 10 years and remain a happy customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware This is a pretty good phone as far as I can tell. I'm giving it a one star review because I was not allowed to use my current phone number ( which incidentally has triple minutes). According to Tracfone Customer Service the phone had a number attached to it and I can't change. That number is out of my area code and I hate it. The number I wanted to use is very easy to remember. The phone was very easy to activate except I tried to do it on line first and kept getting errors. The phone actually activated itself. I'm returning this and keeping my easy to remember numbered LG phone. If you don't care about the number, it's a good phone. I wanted a smart phone on which I could read Kindle books and you can do it on this. It's not as wide as my ZTE phone but just as long. Also, you will have to put in the sim card yourself.
