Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!!! Can't even list all the problems with it and no help from CUSTOMER SERVICE that is terrible and you won't be able to understand!!! Every problem you have requires all kind of information and even FAXING pictures of your phone to them! When everything works properly, it's all fine. If you have to deal with Customer Service, you're going to hang up UTTERLY EXHAUSTED AND READY TO PULL YOUR HAIR OUT! Can't we get ENGLISH SPEAKING REPS. back? Outsourcing has RUINED customer service. Shame on Corporate cheapskates!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from maybe i need to give it more time? I've had this phone for 6 days now. so far I've had to do a hard reset once, I've had to power off and restart 6 times. I'm not sure what the problem is, is it my error or a defective phone? will be on the phone with customer service tomorrow. so far not very good. i'm not a techie, and found all the directions very aggravating, Still no monthly bill which is why I switched in the first place, big selling point. Will give better review if I figure it all out, thank you MIKJ

I have had several trac-phones now..and this one was every bit as good! don't understand all the negativity..the minutes are there..just need transferred..I get BETTER reception on my trac phones than my kids get on their contracted phones! customer service COULD stand to be better..I have even gone on line and done it..but prefer the human touch..TRY a tracphone ..you won't be disappointed!
