Won't Hold Battery Charge
I bought this as a replacement for the older version. However, it's only a 3G phone (my older version is a 4G and I couldn't find that info before I bought it), and when I finally decided to swap it out with my older phone that isn't holding a charge (it's over 3 yrs old now), I charged it up and did some settings on it and set it aside (turned off). Two days later when I was going to switch phones and set it up I turned it on and it wouldn't start up 'cuz the battery was DEAD! Of course, it's too late to send it back, so now I have a phone that I've never been able to use.

Great for the Grandparents!
We live in a rural area and had no problems getting service. This would be great for a grandparent who just wants to keep in touch with family. It’s slower of course than an iPhone per se. and there’s not a lot of storage for apps, but it does serve the purpose for text and phone calls. As long as you’re not planning on downloading a bunch of apps this phone is perfect for Text and Calling. You can also search the web conveniently on it.

Buyer Beware!
This phone worked fine But prices were too steep for me. When I tried to switch carriers my phone would never unlock to my new carrier/thus I had to buy a new phone Don't know which carrier was holding me back..

Fantastic Phone for the Price
I have used Tracfone for a number of years and this was the easiest set up ever.Wanted another number for a family member so I ordered this deal.The cost is less than buying a years service.The phone is basic but nice.I did uninstall a lot of bloatware and disabled a lot of other junk to stop things from running in the background,so the phone responds faster and better. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.I was using the phone within 15 minutes.Transferring a number probably takes longer but this is an excellent deal for a phone.

Bad cell phone's goes into it's own time out when
I like 5 months to pay, but this is the worst phone yet. Screen smaller, very slow
getting you where you wanted. I did pay over $50.00 for it and yes with this one you get what you paid for it. Like me now look for different phone.

I bought this phone a year ago and a few months in the case started to fall apart. It disintrigated so badly that it fell off my phone. I went to numerous retailers and looked online for a new case but they don't have the size. I called QVC customer service and was told they don't have them either that I should call Tracfone. I called Tracfone and they don't have cases either. This will be the last QVC & Tracfone purchase that I make.

Value & Updatable Operating System
✓ The phone itself is only medium sized but more manageable with a single hand.
✓ Clear Display - no screen flaws
✓ Unlike past tracfones, the OS and other Firmware can be updated.
✓ Came as Android 9.0 Pie but currently ANDROID 10 along with LG Phone Upgrades ~ so the phone remains relevant, including security.
✓ These kits are better / easier for New TracFone Users and New Numbers as transferring hiccups can incur which may result in lost service time, data, texts, phone
minutes, or even phone number (but with patience, time, diplomacy, & courage/ strength most issues can be worked out).
✓ Value Packed - just the one year service package is Twice+ The Price plus you get a cover, car charger, and decent phone!
✓ This is my second purchase of this model.
✓ Love sharing my internet through this phone making it a HotSpot.
:√( Phone is softer plastic and nicks very easily without cover/ case and care.
:√( Marble design cracked and started breaking away within days. Actually cut my finger.
Glitter cases seem the most protective and durable (Chose Silver Glitter Second Time)
:√( TracFone "Support" is over seas and usually don't speak Understandable English, let alone, Fluent English.
:√( Customer Service there is usually rude and is known to just want to give you the worst case scenario; you have to diplomatically press on to get your issue fixed,ceven if you need to speak to the next level manager.
*Write Down & take photos / screen shots of your balances & due dates before topping up, just in case management tries to cheat you out of your service or promotions.
Be sure to turn off Data on phone and individual App setting since your phone will drain quickly otherwise.
This phone has not caused me any trouble, besides nicks and scratches. Just lots to learn and adjust in settings.
Having use of WiFi really helps.
