Informative but......
I love my Total Gym. But this is no more than a folded poster. In my opinion it should have been included WITH my Total Gym. I'm going to keep it. It does have good info. Would cost almost half the price to return. A bit disappointed.

Total Gym and chart
I have an older exercise chart from when I bought my total gym in 2006. I was hoping for some of the exercises seen on the commercials but got a repeat of the same ones I had, just with a new look. The chart is good color, not laminated which a lot of buyers marked as a negative. I love the total gym , it is an awesome , well made exercise machine. A must for everyone!

I was looking forward to receiving your total gym chart but after I got it in the mail it was the same one I had 15 years.I thought it would have been updated to show the new techniques it shows in your new TV commercials.... thanks.....☹

LARGE POSTER
I was very happy to get this. It is very nice to look and see each exercise. I got the Total Gym Elite Plus with the pilaties kit, it has the cards to look at and I love it but this huge poster is going to be my go to , to see each exercise. I am going to get a poster frame to frame this. Yes , it was folded but it's fine.

I lost my exercise deck
At the time I got this, I wasn't able to get a replacement deck thing like I had. This does the trick though.
