Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Addition I love the cards. They are large enough for me to see and read easily and they are sturdy and the pictures are great. I also love how they are organized by muscle groups. No, they do not fit on my Total Gym, but I really don't care. So glad I bought them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these cards I have an older Total Gym XL that use to have a flip chart that became extremely worn. I am very pleased with these new cards and the suggested workout programs. I was also pleased to receive 2 long pins and 1 short pin. I recently moved and lost the 2 long pins for my wing attachment, so that was a great extra bonus.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Motivational I've wanted the Training Deck for years, before I got my total gym. I figured I could modify the exercises for whatever equipment I had or no equipment at all. But, I put it off. I have the Platinum Plus version of the total gym, the card holder does not fit may flip chart holder, but I didn't buy it for that. I like the downloadable exercise routines with the card number. I like planning my own routine, but that got stale for me. Now, I either pick some exercises from the wall chart and find the corresponding card and exercise from that or use one of the exercise routines included in the Training Deck.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from total gym training deck I like the training deck works great with the 6 minute workout and you can print the workout online. My big disappointment is that total gym needs to make holders that fit all of their gyms. This deck does not fit the Total Gym Supreme. Just like the dvd's not all fit the gym you may own. Come on Total Gym makes products that go with the gym people have spent their monies one. 3 stars for the cards no stars for the deck holder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from better training deck This training deck is way better than the flip chart that came with my total gym. I removed the pins from the holder so it will set on the table. All you have to do is unscrew the pins from the bottom of the holder. I like to pick the exercises i want to do from the cards and put them in the order i want to do them. Makes a great workouts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not For All Total Gyms This does not fit the Total Gym Supreme. Disappointed that QVC does not state this in the description since this is the model they are selling. The cards however are really good so I am going to keep it. With some easy modifications this can be used free standing. You can either cut off the plastic pegs at the bottom of the card holder or you can drill a couple of holes in a piece of wood and the unit will sit in it. We are going to do the latter. Recommended for those who are willing to modify or who have a Total Gym with the wide upright column.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Preview Your Review The holder did not fit the new Total Gym Ultima I have, however, by using a 3-hole punch I turned them into a flip deck which works just fine! I really like the large, color photos so I can workout without having to wear glasses. Also, using the deck I don't have to workout with the DVD's but can enjoy any show. No excuses now, just a good workout.
