TomTom Runner GPS Watch is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Very disappointed in product. Bought this watch after so many people recommended. I am training for a half marathon and dies at the two hour mark. I would think it would at least last three hours after fully charged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the watch, but.... I have been using this watch for almost 2 years. What can I say, I really love it. BUT, like most of the users are experiencing the sudden shutdown of the watch during a run or after charging. It is really frustrating. I have searched the net for a possible solution. I am planning to replace my Tomtom Runner, the big question is to buy the same watch or another brand....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Watch/Bad Battery The first watch I had came with issues--it did not receive the sat signal. That watch was replaced under warranty. The second watch had a battery that died. When you get a replacement watch, the "new" warranty is only 6 months. Buy from another retailer and get an extended warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best GPS I've had so far! I am currently on my third year with this watch. I wear it every day at work and I run 2000 miles per year. It is very accurate and I rarely have issues with it. I love all the different modes! I love that it is water resistant and impact resistant. The band is durable as well. I have one complaint which is the touch sensor on the face. It works ok for illuminating the screen but it is worthless to trip laps. It works <50% of the time and virtually unresponsive if I'm sweaty or its raining. I have to stop and restart multiple times during the run just to get some sort of 'lap' data. FOR THE LOVE OF TECHNOLOGY, PLEASE CONFIGURE THE SOFTWARE TO USE THE RIGHT TOGGLE FOR LAPS!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good watch, but......... I bought my runner exactly 14 months ago. It did all the basics that I needed for running quite well. The big "but" is that last w/e about 5 miles into my first half marathon the screen started to fade to a blank screen, which it finally did about a mile later. Totally out of the blue and quite untimely as I was leaning on it for pacing. The watch still continued to work because I was later able to download the complete run. A call to tech support didn't resolve the problem. The screen is simply dead. Not happy to get only 14 months out of this watch especially when it was never dropped, never wet except for perspiration, and otherwise well cared for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from PIECE OF CHEAP JUNK! TomTom watches are cheap peices of junk!! I bought a Runner 3 back in May 2017. As of Spet 2017, the crsytal/face cracked, the button no long works properly, and the GPS is not tracking properly. The crstal/face crack when my watch fell from my dress to the floor. And the button is such that I have to press it VERY HARD to get the watch to pause. Then there is the poor GPS tacking. I ran this one route and it said it is equal to 1.2miles. I ran the same route 2 days later and it said 1.4miles. Ran the route again a week later and it said it was 1.5 miles. WHAT?!?! The same route has different lengths??? No, I did not change or add to the route. I kept it consistent. I had a Garmin watch which was an expensive piece of junk. That actually has a worse user interface when downloading information. Next will be a TIMEX GPS watch. No more TomTom.......

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Features How do I get this watch to show the real time running feature that I see displayed? Also can you get it to vibrate when you reach certain miles on your run. Example, at the half mile point can it vibrate or beep?
