Okay product
This product is okay. At first it worked great.. but now when trying to find your phone by clicking the tile it will sometimes not go off even in the same room as the device. It’s a great idea.. but it’s not always consistent.

Doesn’t last
Told was amazing enough to replace a few, but these did not last beyond 6 months. One needed a new battery and the others were completely dead. They must’ve been defective

Set of 4 Lost Item Trackers
I bought these as a gift for my husband. He could not figure out how to make them work! I told him to look it up on the QVC site but STILL has not done it so for that reason only, I gave it a 2 Star rating although when I saw the video months ago, I thought he would be thrilled to have this gift as he is constantly misplacing his keys or phone. I showed him the receipt so he can see they were NOT cheap but he still hasn't gotten around to looking at the video. His loss! I guess I will have to take them back and do it myself!

Poor quality inspection.
One of the boxes was missing the envelopes to put tile in for gift. Poor quality packing. Now I have to figure out how to wrap for stocking stuffer. Too late to return. Problems with other orders. I’m rethinking Christmas shopping QVC.

Don’t hesitate, JUST BUY IT
How did I make it through life thus far without this amazing gadget? I lose my keys all the time, even though I am otherwise an organized person. This product gives a tremendous amount of peace of mind, and works GREAT! I bought 2 sets of 4 each (so 8 tiles altogether). They each come with a little gift card and instructions, perfect to stick in a stocking. Don’t hesitate, just get it.

Love so much!
My mom's spare car key came missing, and she didn't want to spend the money to replace it (not cheap!). Frantic it would get lost, I added a Tile to her only remaining car key. So worth the price! We've found her key so many times. One day we NEED to get her another replacement key, but when we do, I'll just add a Tile onto that one, too!

better than expected
I bought this mainly for my husband who can never seem to remember where he put his keys or wallet and usually once a week we watch him go up and down the stairs multiple times looking for his stuff lol. So I attached one to his keys, stuck one inside his wallet, attached one to our shed key because he and my son have a habit of forgetting where they put that key as well (like father like son) and one in my son's wallet, just because I had one left over and well, why not. They are very easy to activate and usually my grumpy husband doesn't like new gadgets but he actually didn't seem to mind me buying these tiles for him. While the service is free, I did opt to get the premium subscription because it allows you to get a history of where the tile has been that, not just where it's at right now. Personally I wish they were a little thinner because although they are thin, they still make a wallet a little bulgy. Not to the point that it looks like a brick in your pocket but it does add a few mm's to the width. I have an iphone and like that you can also add a shortcut to your screen so you don't even need to open up the app if you needed to look for a tile. And I like that you can change the tune that the tile plays so each tile will sound different.
