Defective Bag. Missing the Leather Cushion
Not sure if a defective bag was sent to me or if they are all defective that's why the price is lower than on The Saks website. The Iris Leather crossbody that was sent to me is missing the leather cushion strap. Every leather The Sak crossbody I own has this cushion on the strap except the one I purchased from QVC. Buyer be aware!! Even in the picture on QVC website it shows the leather cushion on the strap. I did not get that on the purse I received. Will return. Disappointing!

Great crossbody
I got this Sak in the orange color..............it is so vibrant! The size is perfect for me and in fact, the size is deceiving............it has a lot of room. The leather is smooshy and soft. It didn't really need a break in period as it was pliable right out of the box. I wanted a crossbody that would conform to my body........not stiff like some of the Dooneys or other name brand bags. This is fun for summer and even into Fall. Very well made.

Love This Purse
I was concerned about some of the negative reviews, but I bought the brown snake multi bag, which is beautiful, and have carried it for almost a month with a lot of stuff in it and have had no issues with the strap fraying or coming apart. I love the style of it being almost a foot square and very roomy inside with lots of pockets inside and 2 pockets on the outside for great organization. It fits close to the body and the strap has a very easy slide adjustment and the small cushion strap that sits on your shoulder is very comfortable. The light colored lining makes it easy to see everything all the way to the bottom. This is the perfect shoulder/cross body bag I've been looking for and the price is
amazing. I loved it so much I came back and bought the teak multi which is also a beautiful bag and a little darker for the winter season. Highly recommend this bag.

Love the bag but...
Unfortunately I didn't read the other reviews before I purchased this bag and my strap starting ripping at the base a week after I starting using it. The bag itself is gorgeous and a perfect crossbody bag. I took it to my seamstress to reinforce the straps. I use it often now and I make sure not to pack it too heavy. Just don't think you should have to get the bag fixed and it should be made a little better. This is supposed to be a good brand.

Just ok
The bag is just Ok, not as large as I need it to be; it is smaller than it looks. The material is great, but the shoulder strap cushion was installed backwards on mine for some reason, so the strap is not too comfortable. I wouldn't buy another one.

Poor Construction
This is the second time I have purchased this bag - love the size and the look - however, both times within 1 week of use the strap has come loose and torn from the bag. I wish they could make this sturdier but I guess after two times I have learned the product is flawed.

Love the look, but the strap soon broke
Like another reviewer said, the strap is not made well. There is a little piece of fabric sewed to the bag that holds the strap and it has already come undone. There are only a few threads holding it together so I can't use it anymore unless I get it fixed. I like the shape, size and color of the bag, but the strap is not manufactured well and was very disappointing.
