Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice set of bracelets I ordered these because they came in a set of two which is really nice. Yes, they are not real jade, but are very pretty on the wrist. I probably would not wear real jade on the wrist for fear of damaging the real delicate jade. I have a jade pendant that fell and now it has a crack. They are great for everyday wear and no worries about breakage. I'm sure the real bracelets ET had were stunning. Love them. 05-16-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Major disappointment... First the length is wrong, ordered the 8" for drape on my 7.25" wrist; this bracelet barely fit. Next, for the price some other substantial material should have been used to avoid the tinney sound. This is my first purchase from this line and will be my last. 04-06-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Is this a kids toy? Jack-N-the-Box? I so admired these when they were presented. Pretty and I love charm bracelets. Got them home today and I was sorry that I bought these. They feel like a cheap plastic toy that I would get in children's cereal box. REALLY!. I am quite sure that Elizabeth would not have even sent these to QVC to sell to customers. What happened to QVC's quality? Gave it 1 star because I had to make a selection. If I could, I would have 0 star's for this one. Very disappointed, they are going back immediately. 03-31-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love 'em I am extremely happy with this purchase. I received them on St. Patrick's day and wore them with my green sweater. Yes, they are a tad smaller than my other average bracelets but my wrists are a tad smaller than 71/2". Several people thought they were real jade. 03-24-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Good Enough I was so disappointed. The real thing must have been a work of art. This attempt to copy was poor. Too light-weight and plastic like a child's play jewelry. Returned. 03-22-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Wanted to Love This But Plasticy and Sizing Off I really wanted to love this, but this has to be one of the worst, possibly the worst, jewelry purchases I have ever made. When I opened the box I thought it was a child's bracelet. I ordered my usual size 7 1/4", I only take a 8" in big, chunky status link styles, and I could not even get this around my wrist. It was so close though, just a tiny gap, enough to tell me that an 8" in this piece would have been too big and hanging down over my hand, which I hate in bracelets. There is no way I could ever have fastened this myself, I am a single woman who no prospects so I don't buy or keep jewelry I can't put on or take off without help. But even if this had fit I would still have returned it. The picture shows some variations in the shades of the green imitation jade charms but the ones I received were just plain solid green plastic. They both looked, felt, and sounded like plastic on cheap goldtone chain. This looks like something straight off the dollar store jewelry rack. It's on its way back. QVC, I love vintage inspired pieces and as a classic movie buff it really does mean something to me to have replica or inspired by pieces associated with classic movie stars, but PLEASE if you are going to do this, improve materials and quality. I have metal allergies, I can't wear base metals, so use sterling or gold clad sterling and high quality real or simulated stones. This bracelet was junk pure and simple. 03-18-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by So happy they made this particular replica!!!! Boy, do I love this set! Sure the resin charms aren't heavy like real carved stone, but what else could they use to get the look so spot on and still be affordable? I'm so glad they chose to replicate this piece from her personal collection. I am a charm bracelet collector/lover AND a life-long adoring Elizabeth Taylor admirer. So this set is one of my favorites from this collection. It's all about "the look of" and I really don't need "the weight of" like others may. Thanks to the designers, manufacturers, and the man that brought this collection to QVC. Looking forward to more! PS- the goldtone color is very nice, not brassy like even some of the 14K or 18k plated sterling I've seen. 03-17-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Double the price for costume I would love to have seen these as they were - in gold with real jade. Having said that, these are a nice copy. But they're double the price they should be for this level of costume jewelry, in my opinion. I just roll them over my hand to put them on. Of course they are resin or plastic, what else would you use for simulated jade? The color is fabulous, and the fact that ET the icon wore the same makes them fun! 03-16-16
