Teeter FitSpine X3 Inversion Table w/ FlexTech Bed & Ext. Wrnt is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 346.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Miserable, Detailed, Strenuous Assembly 13 pages of tiny print. #1 Issue: The instructions are for three different versions of the FitSpine X Series. This means that the tiny, detailed black and white drawings DON'T MATCH your unit. Stickers, right, left are not helpful. All those mis-assemble warnings in ALL CAPs in the directions are scary. Screws holes did not line up for the arm, so we took it off and put it back on at least three times. Why not send out a more complete unit, or take the time to simply make unit-specific directions? It is so frustrating that at this point I don't even care if hanging upside down will be beneficial. The assembly is just torture, not at all as described by the hosts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Quality Received very quickly. Was not assembled like advertised. My son assembled it in about 2 hours. It does what it says, stretches your spine. I did feel some soreness at first but it wore off as the day went on. Other than the assembly I love the product and will use for a very long time. Very Pleased

Rated 2 out of 5 by from GIANT HEADACHE Number 1: Fed-X delivered this to the wrong address so we had to go pick it up, Number 2: It is so heavy that two of us had trouble handling the box, Number 3: Someone with back issues shouldn't be lifting this thing, Number 4: The box was nearly destroyed during shipment, it isn't packed well, Number 5: My doctor does not recommend it for my degree of disability. Number 6: Now I have to return and handle it again. Not happy! It may work for some, but during demonstration, it should be noted that it isn't right for everyone, and if you are a senior, it is too much to handle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product great; Packaging/assembly not so great. I am a health care professional for over 30 years and actually practice what I preach (which is an earful each time!) I know the benefits of inversion (as long as you do not have health risks) re: releasing pressure off the disc allowing them to "refill;" lessening pressure on the nerves which lessens the risk of medical problems. (Please discuss with your doctor first.) This is the 3rd Teeter I am using. But...R.T...I felt bad for the person who had to get the package up the stairs as it was a comical act for me just getting the box over the threshold of my front door...and I am strong. Nothing to hold onto. I created holes in the cardboard box, and, even then, the box kept ripping. I finally had it partially in when I started pulling the parts out piece by piece. I also felt the assembly was a bit challenging. Now that it is completed, I am finding it delightful/refreshing to use. Here's hoping transport friendly packaging is created.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy I will never buy big items from QVC again. When I received the box, it was already opened and wet but all the parts where still in the wet box. I followed the directions and watched the DVD that was included but when my husband got on, he goes straight back. He lifts his hand like the DVD says it "should" work but it doesn't do anything and he stuck upside down until I pull him up. I have tried calling the Teeter customer service for assistance but they are only open until 4:00pm, M-F. I also called QVC but after 2:05:33 and 26 songs later, I gave up. So, good luck with anyone who needs help or has questions! Now, I am on a mission to find a box to ship it back. What a mess!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FedEx shipping is horrible Product purchased but not received so far. My package had to travel 80 miles from QVC to me. It took 3 business days after they acknowledged the order for FedEx to move the product the first 20 miles. This move took 1.5 days. Now they say thy are going to move the product through shipping checkpoint in 1.25 days, and get it to me 6 days and 80 miles after it was ordered. This product will be refused delivery if it is not here tomorrow. Unless and until QVC guarantees. They will never use FedEx for my shipments, there will be no more QVC orders. FedEx is the worst shipper company out there and QVC Customer Service. Supervisors do not return phone calls they guarantee to return within 4 hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from chiropracter not needed hopefully! The box came torn and tattered from FedEx. We were concerned the Teeter may have been damaged. Thankful my 60 yr old husband is strong and smart as he put it together in about an hour. It takes some getting used to, but I think we will both benefit from it. This morning I got up to "hang" before my morning coffee and my headache went away! I have neck and back problems from 42 years of nursing. My sister and her husband invert on a regular basis and feel benefits as well. I am hopeful this was a good purchase. Have to try the neck attachment still.... and watch the accompanying DVD. :) It would be impossible to return as the shipping would be exorbitant IF we could figure out how to repack it in the totally tattered cardboard box.
