Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bought This Without Reading Reviews Full Disclosure. I bought this at the clearance price without reading the reviews. Mine arrived in good shape, but I can't believe how heavy it is. I could barely lift it out of the box. I remember wondering when I ordered it why the shipping costs were so high. I think it is because the item is so heavy and is somewhat fragile. On air it looked like a nice size for everyday use in a small household. Now that I have seen it in person I doubt that I will use it very much. It is just too heavy. Weighs at least as much as a very large cast iron pan and is much larger than I imagined based on the on air presentation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It arrived in a awful box like it had been opened This arrived in a box that was dented, punctured and looked like it had b een retaped, leading me to believe that it was returned. However, the worse part for me was the fact that it is made in China. I just feel uneasy about that right now, and the condition of the box makes me feel like it was just shipped from there. The item arrived ok I do not see any problems with it. but the way it arrived makes me feel uneasy. I do not dislike all things made in China for the most part as some things make sense to make there. but right now it just doesn't feel right. For some reason I always thought that these were made in Poland...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Made in Chins -lacking quality control This is a beautiful set and I really like it except for one thing: There is a small spot on the rim of the casserole that did not get any glaze. A brown spot is clearly visible on the gray casserole that is unsightly. I'll use it but not for guests.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from temptations I have bought and enjoyed temptations but sadly will not be purchasing more. QVC does not tell you these items are made in China. My fault for not checking. we NEED to buy things made in the USA,

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plastic cover broke the first time I used it This is a beautiful piece and functions well EXCEPT the plastic lid broke the first time I used it. I called customer service and was told I would have to deal with Temptations directly. Sadly, that is not what I call customer service for, I'm calling for their help. I'm very disappointed, as these are not inexpensive items. I am very, very careful when using any baking vessel, and this is obviously a design flaw. Based on that alone I would not purchase this again, nor would I have confidence in buying any other Temptations piece with a plastic lid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice product nice product was delivered with a broken plastic lid could not get a replacement lid wanted me to return everything for a replacement. the box wasn't damaged so the lid was boxed that way, so if I needed a replacement down the road what happens???? needless to say my time is more important than a none replaceable lid. seemed all to simple to me , if this is a manufacture you deal with regularly you would think replacement items would be part of doing business.
