Preheat oven to broil. In a small bowl, mix together all rib rub spices. Place ribs onto a Temp-tations® Lid-It and rub all over with spices.
Broil for 15 minutes, turning once. Remove from oven and carefully slice into single ribs. Place in slow cooker.
In a medium bowl mix gravy, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, red pepper, garlic, and half of the cranberry sauce. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Stir in remaining cranberry sauce and serve hot.
