Susan Graver Stretch Velvet Pull-On Slim Leg Ankle Pants is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am currently living in these slacks! I bought these pants to wear to a special occasion. I hesitated to buy them because I thought I would only wear them once. I figured once I washed them they would never look as good as they did brand new. I couldn't have been more wrong! They wash and dry great. I have been wearing them constantly since I bought them (Sept 2018). They fit great ( I am a plus size lady) and I got them in Petite XL. What I like best about them is that they can be dressed up and down. I have a Jeans fabric tunic top that looks sensational with these pants. They look great with ankle boots and sandals/high heels. They are very comfortable and don't sag and bag. They are the only reason I am dreading Spring and Summer- I live in the south and we only wear velvet in the fall/winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Fit These velvet pants fit perfectly- right at the ankle and figure conforming without being tight. The fabric is high quality and they wash very well. I purchased these in black in my usual Susan Graver size XS. I am 5'3" and 115 LBS. Glad I made this purchase and you will be too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pants! These pants are one of the most comfortable and stylish I have ever owned. The fabric is soft and will travel anywhere. You could ball them up at the bottom of the suitcase for days and they would emerge looking beautiful. They never wrinkle! The sizing seems about right to me (I am 5'8", 150 pounds and wear size medium). These pants are versatile: wear them shopping or to a holiday party. I think they are a great purchase. I just wish I could get my size in eggplant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice But would like to have them in a Tall These are reply nice pants and fit well but I am 5' 6" and would love them to be longer about 3". I would also like velvet leggings in a tall size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed I am 5'3" L. I bought brown M. They are as full length on me and not too tight. So, go a size down. Nice quality and color.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Short & baggy Loved the eggplant color on these, though I'd call it more of a wine than a purple. But the inseam length left too much ankle exposed on me, and the ankle area was too baggy. They are called "pants" rather than "leggings," so I suppose that's to be expected. Fabric was good quality, I just did not like the cut.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not "slim" and not "ankle pants" Sigh...I really wanted to love these pants, especially because they come in brown -- it's tough to find brown velvet pants out there. Anyway, here are the problems with these pants. I am average height, but these pants needed to be hemmed 2" in order to be considered "ankle pants". The other issue -- which I find consistently with Susan's pants -- is that the thighs are cut HUGE. I mean, almost like jodhpurs. I wear a medium in Susan's leggings, and they are fine. I understand that these are slim pants and not leggings, but I think that has more to do with them not being leg-shaped rather than being full cut. If you are going to advertise pants as "slim leg pull-on pants", and you add 10% spandex, the pants should be cut SLIM with idea that they would stretch and skim over your body. The fabric of these pants is drapey and stretchy enough that one should be able to wear them cut comfortably close to the body. I think what the manufacturer did is use a pattern designed for a woven, less stretchy fabric that had ease built in -- at least 4" of extra ease in the thighs. You don't need 4" extra inches of ease when you are constructing a garment out of stretchy knit! This type of detail matters, ESPECIALLY with pants.
