Sunny Health & Fitness Indoor Flywheel CyclingBike is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible bike! i am a certified spinning instructor, this bike worked well for about two weeks. after two weeks it started making a high pitch sound(it resulted from me putting on more resistance on the wheel), as I looked closer at the pads on the wheel they were wore down. I literally used the bike ten times, under no circumstance should those pads have to be replaced after two weeks of use. waste of money!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied Customer I purchased this product due to the overall rating (which is a 4 star). Unfortunately for me it was delivered with a flaw in the mainframe. The bike itself is roughly 100 lbs when PT together. The bike was packaged snug in the delivery box causing me to tear and rip through to get the bike out. Once out it took maybe 20-25 minutes to put the bike together up to the point that I realized that the handle bars wouldn’t fit in the designated adjustable slot. I called QVC to express my disappointment and the only thing they would do is offer a $20 credit towards a NEW purchase. Repackaging the bike will cost me about $50 so the $20 credit feels like an insult. Not happy at all with the customer service, especially after being a customer of WVC for so many years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great item! I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He had it put together within an hour of delivery and has used it every day for the past three weeks. I even use it. We put it in the living room so we can watch TV while riding but it's so light you can move anywhere easily. The tension is easy to adjust, thankfully since hubby likes a higher tension then I do. I'm a cream puff. But I'm using it. My legs aches and I'm spending more and more time on it, so it's working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gym quality - lots of resistance I intentionally waited before reviewing this product. I bought this bike back in Feb 2017. First it took me minutes to assemble (btween 30-45 min). My sister helped me assemble it and try it out. She went home and ordered one that same day. I work out daily-running, weight lifting. This bike is definitely gym quality- great value for the price. I used to take an x-bike class at the gym and this bike is every bit as good as that one. This bike has so much resistance I can't crank it all the way up and still ride even while standing. If you're on the fence of how good it is because of the price don't be-buy it! Also this bike is very quiet. Great compliment to any home workout area!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not what I thought Expected this to be easier to use but the seat hurts and the position isn't like a regular bike. Maybe my mistake?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What I Wanted I've had my new spin bike for a couple days now and have ridden three times. The bike is solid, the flywheel and pedal actions are nice and smooth. I was able to put it together in about 20 minutes, with no help from hubby! This bike is what I was hoping for, comparable to what I used to ride when I taught classes in the gym. That being said, it's been many years since I taught spin, and just as long since I've done any type of bike riding. I am experiencing the saddle-soreness that a number of others have mentioned. I will say that I know from experience, this saddle is very similar to what you get on a typical road bike. Yes, it takes a while to get accustomed to the pressure on your sits bones. But that will come. Also, as you build strength in your legs and your core, you'll notice you're not feeling as much pressure in the saddle. I am looking forward to experiencing these fitness gains myself! As of today, my "sit area" is tender :) Overall: Love it! I remember why I enjoyed spinning so much!
