Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good washer - with one flaw The washer works as advertised and has done a good job on everything I've thrown at it, but it has one badly needed improvement: The pressure hose needs swivel connections at both ends to keep it from curling on itself and making it impossible to wrap on the unit without disconnecting it from the wand or the washer. Otherwise, a great washer for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seems very well built with nice features. I wish the cord holder was larger to easily store the long cord. Since the holder just slides onto a bracket on the washer, it would seem to easy to make a larger one and offer as a replacement for existing units as well as make the larger one standard on new units. Other than that, no issues. We have the same unit at our winter home in Florida and really liked it, so we purchased a second one for our summer home in ND.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from never received it I have been charged for this order and I still have not gotten it. It says it was delivered but also says returned to sender. I have tried calling and numerous emails and can't get a reply or anyone to answer the phone. Please explain or give me a refund.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Room for improvement So I purchased this unit based on the number of positive reviews it received by multiple sources on the internet. Note it was not a top choice at Consumer Reports. So I had it shipped directly to my home and was concerned that it might be defective as the package used for shipment was torn in many places. So I took multiple photographs, just in case it did not work. I think the shipping company was mostly responsible for the rough handling, as the box was torn and busted in many places. I assembled the unit per the instructions and read the entire instruction before use. Here then are my findings. Water hose connection: Very bad. I attached the water house to the water input port and turned on the pressure washer per direction, and lo it was squirting water all over the place. I unscrewed the hose and made sure to tighten the pressure washer input connector and tried again, and the same thing, water was leaking from the port badly. It was more pronounced as expected when the unit was on, but the pressure was not released in the wand. Electrical Cord Storage. The cord is long, about 30 feet. And one would expect that the unit would have a more effective apparatus to wrap the cord for storage. How about 2 hooks that the cord can be wrapped around. Usage, one has to be very careful to ensure that the electrical cord and the pressure hose do not get entangled. The power washing effectiveness was fair, I would not say outstanding. I was able to use the soap dispenser. All in all, I was expecting more based on the reviews provided.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic I just received the Sunjoe 3000-max pressure washer. Putting it together was rather easy. The casing is plastic and a piece came broken off. What was surprising was it was inside the bag with the manual and screws. When I called customer service for them, they informed me they would replace the unit since there was no way to just replace a part. I was told they were sending me a return label for the old one. It was a bad design. I am not happy that I have to take the time to to do all of this. In addition, there is a shelter in place order till the end of the month. As a high risk person, this is terrible and very inconvenient. I hope that this was just an over sight as QVC usually has good products and not cheap stuff.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Second SPX 3000 The SPX3000 I bought in April 2016 just died. I ordered the SPX3000MAX this time. I seems to produce more pressure than the SPX3000. I put it through a full day's work cleaning my Dock and pontoon boat. It did an excellent job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally an electric model with real power Cleaned of years of dirt and mold off of the vinyl siding with straight water, no detergent. Blasted 70 years worth of buildup off of brick steps with one quick pass. Electric and no detergent makes both ecologically and economically friendly. Pro tip: drape the supply garden hose over the hook on the front to avoid putting stress on the supply hose attachment. See picture. Only problem I can see is the the pressure hose outlet is close to the bottom so when you wheel the washer the hose can scrape on the ground damaging it. Better to carry the washer. The entire unit seems to be built robust and heavy duty
