Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally! At Home Health That’s Simple This may be the best decision I’ve made for my health in a long time. I am 40 years old and overweight. This bike and strength system was very easy to assemble. I set it up in front of the television, so I sit down and pedal. In less than ten minutes my heart rate is up and I am sweating. The strength bands are perfect! I use the arm bands in intervals, resting between. This is something I will definitely use- unlike the expensive elliptical and gym memberships I’ve spent money on over the years. I am really so pleased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We Love It! We have purchased many exercise machines over the years, but we love this one the best. It's so comfortable and it gives us a good workout and strengthening. Can't wait to get back on it. Everyone should have one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT equipment at extremely reasonable price! Super comfortable with the big flat seat and backrest. Feels very stable. Astonishingly quiet! I would even say silent! Love the fact that the fly wheel piece is in a housing so things like pants cuffs and passing kitty tails do not get caught in it. Resistance settings are numerous giving lots of beginner options. I also enjoy the arm resistance band option. So happy I bought it. Easy to stay on it while watching TV!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice recumbent bike, w/ 2 minor flaws... This recumbent bike system is solidly built. The only downside is the seat. While it has a very soft cushion which is nice to sit on, it has a broad-width shape, making it uncomfortable once you start to peddle, because the wide section of the seat hits your inner thighs with every rotation. The wide seat is obviously meant to accommodate a variety of different size people, however, it also creates this chaffing problem that will undoubtedly effect anyone of modest to thin size build-------a dynamic that should not be ignored by the manufacturer because it is a persistent problem for people of this size and from a true physical therapy stand-point, it is not something that one can resolve by simply sitting incorrectly in the seat (i.e., by moving up to the edge and thus negatively effecting your posture). That would defeat the whole purpose of maintaining proper posture while conducting these exercises. It really is a silly design flaw that could very easily be resolved by the manufacturer actually creating a more narrowly shaped seat as an alternative, so as to avoid this thigh chaffing problem. One other issue I noticed is the actual orientation of the back rest. It is set too far apart from the seat itself, thus creating a large enough gap in between that is not conducive to proper lumber poster-------again, a flaw that will undoubtedly effect mostly those of modest to thin size. As a suggestion, maybe making the back rest up & downwards adjustable, so as to give everyone the chance to experience proper lumbar support when using this bike would be a great way to solve this issue as well. While this is a very nice product that benefits those whom require such physical therapy for their injuries-------not every person that injures themselves is overweight-------a factor which the manufacturer obviously decided to overlook in it's design of this otherwise decent recumbent style bike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I recently had gastric bypass so needed a new exercise routine that would not only help my cardio, but strengthen. This has been a perfect mix of both. Could not be more happy with the results so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good exercise Did not take 30 minutes to put together like the presentation said but wasn't too difficult to put together...hour and a half later. The only complaint that I have with this is that it didn't come with a video of exercises on how to use the strength bands.
