Find your rhythm with the ATS Air Rower 1402 from Stamina. This rower's Air Transfer System (ATS) continually adjusts the resistance to match your rowing speed, so when you row harder, the resistance goes up, and when you slow down, the resistance decreases. A three-window workout monitor measures your strokes, distance, calories burned, and other benchmarks, so you can stay smartly on track. From Stamina.

As always, please consult your personal physician before beginning any diet or exercise program.

Stamina ATS Air Rower 1402 is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Breaks down within MINUTES, mere Minutes!!! We purchased the Stamina ATS Rower (Model# 35-1402A; Serial# 18JAN000288) on the QVC website 7/27/18; it shipped in 8/1/18 and arrived 8/3/18. Working nights Friday to Monday morning, we did not try to put it together till today (Tuesday, 8/7/18). Then, getting on and rowing at a slow pace to warm up -- not even 5 minutes on (at stroke #172) -- the machine started making grinding noises. Notifying Stamina customer care immediately, we were told to make a video of the product being used; during the video, the rower made the noise one more stroke and then stopped giving any noise or resistance at all, the rower belt visibly coming off inside of the housing. --- This was a horrible shopping experience, one in which we literally spent more time decision-making and putting the product together than we got to spend on it before it broke down.
