Crystals fell off
Got this as a gift and LOVED how it looked however, within two months I noticed some empty spots. Please fix this. I don't workout or go swimming or do any physically strenuous activity in this and would love to purchase another one as long as the crystals are more stable. Miss wearing this piece because I got tons of compliments.

Chain broke
I purchased this necklace for my daughter. I placed it away, and was saving it for a special occasion. I thought the pendant was different and quite interesting in design. The pendant is pretty, however the chain broke, the very first time she went to put it on. I am past the 30 day window for return, so I guess I will have to purchase a decent chain. After reading other posts, I hope that the pendant doesn't lose any of it's luster.

Defective pendant
I loved this pendant, so I gave several as gifts. Now many empty spots on pendant
look like lost gems. I cannot wear this, and I just hope those I gave it to are not having
the same problem.

This pendant is very different & unique.
I luv this necklace. I get compliments all the time when I wear it. Of course I tell them I purchased at QVC. I bought a total of five. My niece loved it I bought one for her. The next one was purchased for my sister in laws birthday. The last three were for my friends ones retirement, ones B.Day and one for my friend to say thanks for having us over for your barbecue. They all loved the necklace. Just the other day while shopping the lady behind the counter said I love your necklace. When reading the reviews on customer said the stones came out I never experienced that. I would highly recommend this necklace. It's very different when you compare to the other initial pendants this one shines. Thank u.

Amazing Pendant
I just ordered seven more of these pendants in addition to ten others I have ordered in the past. Everywhere I go I receive compliments on this necklace. I have given/and plan to give these as gifts to special people in my life, and they love theirs, too. I've worn mine for over three years and the quality is great. I love giving them to waitresses who take good care of me, friends, even granddaughters....they are amazing gifts for such a reasonable price. They look so much more expensive than they actually are.

Disappointed
I've had this for 4 months now. At first sight it was nice and sparkly. Quite disappointed now, a lot of the stones are falling out. It's very noticeable so there's no way that I can continue wearing it.

Cheap looking
I purchased this hoping for a cute well made piece. The jewelers putty and stone placement just made this look and feel cheap. I sent it back for the black one and it hides the putty and flaws much better. I kept the black.
