Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor customer service Ordered the 3 year protection plan when I bought my laptop through QVC. QVC tells me it has shipped and been two weeks and still have not seen nothing. I emailed QVC they tell me to contact Square Trade. I contact Square Trade and they tell me to contact QVC. QVC is about to get the laptop back and refund this so called protection plan with it. Why is it so hard to remail the stupid thing? Poor customer service. Hey QVC and Square Trade, put yourself in my shoes. If you did not receive something that you paid for would not you not expect the responsible people to leap and get you what you ordered?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth your money My computer was damage and I called square trade and they told me that I had purchased the wrong warranty. But I purchase the only warranty that was offered by QVC. Now I have to purchase insurance through the manufacture. Please don't waste you time, just get all warranties through the manufacture you will be safe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money! My Asus zenbook stopped working and I bought this with the computer - purchased from QVC in March 2017. I called SquareTrade and sent in my computer as per their directions. When it was shipped back to me, I found my computer damaged - the outside of my computer was scratched, the case was replaced although nothing was wrong with it and there is damage, my adapter was also replaced and the one sent is dirty and has sticker residue all over it. Would have been better off to cancel and use the refund to pay for an actual repair! QVC should stop offering these plans!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from When you need it you'll be glad I purchased this agreement for my last computer purchase. I had purchased a Dell prior to this through the Dell Outlet without a service contract. Exactly 3 days after the manufacturers warranty expired I had a major system failure. Dell wanted me to pay more than I had to spend, so now that $1000 computer just sits. A few weeks ago my new computer started acting up. One call to Dell and there was a box on my doorstep and 8 days later my computer was returned with a new hard drive, new plug, new plastic casing. I was so glad I had that service contract!!!!! My advice NEVER BUY A COMPUTER WITHOUT AN EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT
