Rated 3 out of 5 by from they're okay The toe box looks narrow in the picture because it is. There is no arch support. The search for comfort continues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! I received these boots yesterday and they are gorgeous and very well made! I wore them today with a pair of skinny jeans and had no problem with them being to tight around my calf. I will be ordering the black ones as well!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Boot! Shaft too small. I ordered the boot in cabernet and it is gorgeous. However, I had to return the boots because the shaft was entirely too small, cutting off my circulation once I got them zipped. It was a process trying to zip them. I've waited a year for my size, so I was extremely disappointed with having to send them back. I'm a true 8M, so an 81/2 would've been too big. I really hope Spring Step decide to offer a wider width or make adjustments to this boot because I will reorder. Again, gorgeous boot, beautiful leather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Boots Shaft area too small for me I normally wear a size 6 shoes, but ordered these in 6 1/2 to 7 range, and they fit perfect with thick socks. Glad I didn't order my regular size, because they would have been too small. Sadly I had to return these boots because the calf was too tight. I just noticed in the description it reads Shaft circumference 14" and my calf is exactly 14" Other than the calf area was tight these are great boots very comfortable. Very good quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant Luxurious Classic I purchased these last month in the "Cabernet," which is not a wine color, but more like root beer, cherry cola, or a squashed cherry cordial. I've never seen such a color in leather, and find it yummy. There are enough dark tones that it would go with browns, blacks, reds, or teals. In lamp light, they look almost black, but in sunlight have a reddish undertone.that is subtle. The quality/workmanship is so high that these boots appear to be worth a lot more than the price charged here. The inner lining is fuzzy and warm, while the outer sole has a secure non-slip tread, hard to find these days. Spring Step styles tend to run slightly small, so I ordered up to a size 9 (I usually wear 8 1/2). They feel very roomy inside, both in width and in length. I put on winter-weight socks, and they fit perfectly. I wanted to try my usual size, to make sure, but they had sold out in my color. The outer sole matched my 8 1/2 shoes exactly. Calf circumference is 14 1/2 inches, which accommodated my jeggings. If I could afford another pair, I would definitely get the black. In addition to the full-length inside zipper, there's a decorative zipper in back. It's not a good idea to unzip the decorative zipper as it's hard to close afterward.
