I was looking for a belt that could hold my stuff for when I go walking. I just received this and it’s great. The back of the belt has a Velcro closure with lots of room so you can adjust it for a comfortable fit. I put my cell phone in the large front pocket I have a plus size phone with a big case, and it fit perfectly. I put my keys, ID, and credit cards in another pocket that has a zipper closure. There was a third pocket that had a slit & I was able to fit a small water bottle. I am a size 14 and got the Large/XLarge size. I highly recommend this.
