Spenco Orthotic Mesh Slip-On Sneaker - Chelsea is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 42.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe for arch support I got these shoes to try them out as I was having severe pain in the ball of my foot. My doctor recommended an arch support after x-rays determined I did not have a bone problem. They made all the difference in the world. Spenco - please bring back this style. I'd like to get another pair in a different color but QVC doesn't have my size available any longer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Narrow toe box Loved the feeling overall of these sneakers, but my little toes poked out way too much and the stretchy mesh doesn’t hold them in. Returned

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect! This is the most comfortable sport shoe I have ever owned! I got my usual size 7 1/2 and the fit was perfect. The mesh molds to my feet and the footbed is fully supportive. I walk our puppy a mile every day and this shoe is so comfortable. I do have issues - double knee replacements, fractured ankles, bunions and I think I have the begging of neuropathy. This shoe works for me! I purchased three different colors!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfy sneaker For this to be an orthotic, its very cute. Ordered in gray. I find them to be quite comfy for my flat feet that are prone to spasms. I'd definitely recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Squeaky Comfort ant fit was great. However after a few wears they started to squeaky. Every step is so noisy! Donating them. Very sad, I wanted a tan colored tennis shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love These - waited to write this review I’m really glad I took a chance on these despite some of the reviews. I wore them for a while before I wrote this review. I like a mesh sneaker because they are easier on my toes. I also need good arch support or my plantar fasciitis will flare up. These shoes are perfect. The arch fits my foot perfectly. I can wear them with or without socks. I like them so much I am going to buy another pair. Perfect for walking and general use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works for Me! I may not have bought these shoes if I’d read all the reviews, so I’m glad I didn’t. What can I say? They work for me. They are a tad loose in the back but I wear socks with them so hasn’t bothered me so far. And I find them to be extremely comfortable. They have just enough arch support - unlike other brands that that go a little too far on the arches. The shoe laces are very cleverly designed. In the summer when I’m tempted to go sock less I might be singing a different tune, but for now they have my feet humming happily.
