Ran very large and extra wide
I have several pairs of Spenco sandals and am so very happy with them. This pair ran extremely wide and much too big. I ordered and got 7-1/2W, but could have worn a 7 medium or even smaller.

I wait more Spenco thongs
I wish I hadn't bought several pairs of other brands of thongs recently because this pair of orthotic thong sandals has them all beat. This is the first time I've tried Spenco and they fit beautifully and feel really good on my feet. I've had neuropathy since 2007 so my feet are terribly sensitive and painful but I never thought of getting a pair with orthotics built in because I didn't think they would help my numb, tingling, burning feet and toes but they really do. I love the way the side straps are sewn near the heel cup so that the thongs fit snugly and don't slide around causing me to slip out of them. Most of my thongs do that so I don't wear them much which is a huge waste of money . I will definitely buy a few more pairs of these wonderfully comfortable thongs and donate my other ones!

WONDERFUL!
My closet is full of Spenco thongs, at least 20 pairs...but these, omg they are my favorite. Sole is like suede, so soft, the arch is a little higher and they look very classy.
