Snow Joe iON 2-in-1 13" Cordless & Electric Hybrid Shovel is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from totally worth the $$ Even though we in the midwest had a slow snow year- I did get to use it once. Unsure of the battery life- it performed well. I like the fact I don;t have to have gas- or an engine to start- just insert the battery and go. Lightweight enough for anyone to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work like it shows. Very disappointed in this , it's not easy to push and it heavy and bulky to use . You have to hold the button down constantly to run the blower. I just returned it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't snow so couldn't use Purchased this item but it didn't snow. Wasn't going to keep it and take a chance on it not performing well especially after seeing the reviews. Sorry.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from IT'S NOT SNOW EASY! I had high hopes for this but as other reviewers have stated, it does not work on heavy, wet snow. I was forced to use my good ole trusty shovel. However, when the snowfall is light, and within a 4 inch depth, it does an adequate job; as long as one does not mind snow blowing back on one's face! It is rather heavy to lug around also.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth it Received this in early Jan and we just had our first storm. It is heavy to handle and awkward because it is so long. The snow we had was a heavy, wet snow. The Snow Joe did not do a good job clearing it. Using the shovel ended up being easier than using this yesterday. It might work ok on a soft, powdery snow, we’ll see.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just OK I received this electric shovel recently and have had a couple of chances to use the shovel. I am between being impressed and not being impressed. I can say that if you are a smaller woman, this shovel is not for you. It is much heavier than what they said on TV and the main complaint that I have is this shovel needs a spout to shoot the snow right or left. Not just to the front. This is also the major complaint with my husband. You take a couple of swipes and then you take the third swipe and the snow blows right back on the 2 swipes you just took. Not smart engineering! Otherwise, it does do the job of attacking the snow fairly well but there are some things that really need to be tweeked to make this shovel more effective.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heavy My husband bought this for me as he is away much of the time for work so when a snow comes he felt this would be easy for me. As the other reviews have said, it is heavy and it doesn't work all the way to the bottom of the snow anyway so you still have to bring out the snow shovel. I used it once, putting back in the box and back goes. The snow shovel was easier for me to use.
