Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, Great Service! I love my SnowJoe cordless shovel! It's the perfect size and weight, and really moves snow! Plus, I had an issue with my charger, and they replaced it with a model that will allow me to charge my original and my back-up batteries at the same time. Just outstanding!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't know what happened! To put together the handle was a hard, it didn't want to tie firmly, and after I charged the battery overnight, worked fire a few seconds and stopped working! We had a couple of inches wet snow storm. Could there wet snow be a reason why it didn't work? Today we'll having another snow storm, let's see what happen tomorrow.???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If I could give this a negative number, I would. This item won't run at all. Hasn't run since the day I bought it for my husband for Christmas. I'm just sorry I spent the extra money for th he cover. I'm out a lot of money for nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Electric snow shovel I only used the shovel couple of times before the snow season ended here in Toronto. It worked extremely well in blowing off the heavy snow off my drive way on to the lawn. It saved me time and helped me protect my weak shoulders. Thanks

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not user friendly I usually do not write a bad review but I am not pleased with the Snow Joe for the following reasons: As the snow only blows forward, when you turn to go the opposite direction, the wind blows the snow all over you. Literally, you are covered in snow. Also, you shovel a couple of feet and the snow starts to build up in a hard pile in front of you which takes effort to try to break it up with this shovel. I used this several times trying to give it a chance, but every time it was more frustrating than useful, so I put the Snow Joe away and used a regular snow shovel. I also found it a little too heavy. Also, the cord constantly gets in the way. It looks much easier on TV as the demo only has a dusting of snow, no wind, and no brick lawn edging etc. to hang up the cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC...WORTH EVERY DOLLAR ! FANTASTIC I live in Quebec,Qc.... Just bought (my sister loves hers and it gave it excellent commentary)this last week after our last snow storm FED UP W/SHOVELING Our Big deck ( with all the snow we got this year we have snow walls all around the deck) (the driveway is w/a snow removal cie) We had 4 and 3 foot drifts on the deck and did not shovel right away...so the snow was quite compacted..But we broke it down & Put JOE to work Small linear strips at a time(doing half the shovel size) & IT WORKS VERY WELL INDEED !!! BETTER this than lifting & chucking heavy wetish snow! (Which is not good for the back) WORTH EVERY DOLLAR I paid ! Instead of 4 hrs of shoveling it took one and half hours Quite pleased with its performance.... (maybe somehow put 2 wheels --would be great though... (64 year (old)young woman here 8))..! So next year as soon as it starts snowing JOE is going to start performing ! ✔ Yes, I recommend this product.
