Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Quality, Worse Service Realized memory foam was completely cut and torn as we unpacked. The top cover had so many loose threads that it was starting to come apart. We were still excited to try a bed that costs as much as a used car. After struggling with the remote we realized it wouldn't work. Over a half hour into an hour and a half chat with sleep number I was told this was QVCs problem and I had to talk to them. The rep repeatedly told me they couldn't do anything and I was just out of luck. This was a closeout they sold to QVC so they couldn't do anything to help me. He said that maybe QVC would have replacement parts. After much back and forth the rep admitted that he found out he was wrong, this was their responsibility. They would send me a new remote, new memory foam, and a new top. They would still send the items "right away". I agreed and have been waiting patiently for about 5 weeks and have only received a label to send back the old items, which I was told I should only do after receiving the replacements, which I never got. Remote still doesn't work, threads are getting worse and the foam is still shredded. We could've each found a twin XL mattress of our desired firmness, put them together, and put a memory foam topper on it and had the same sleep experience. Except we would've save over four thousand dollars and about 4 hours (so far) of our time. Disappointed in QVC for selling a second tier product and in Sleep Number for not standing behind their product, arguing with a customer, then lying and not rectifying it. Seeing another payment (which by itself would be more expensive than the average bed) out my account this week makes me want to share my experience with others. If you're going to use the same sleep number every night, get a regular mattress that matches your desired support and save a few thousand and a lot of headaches. I'm willing to bet based off the quality I've seen so far that this mattress will not last very long.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing Parts All boxes delivered on same day. This is the second Sleep Number bed I ordered thru QVC. First time several years ago and no problems. This one a nightmare. Adjustable base missing some key pieces of hardware, called the "gold service" waited over 20 minutes just for us to get disconnected while they were attempting to transfer call. Called again, long wait, got disconnected again. Called again,long wait, finally got to tell them of issue and they said they had to send out the entire base even though it was for hardware I could hold in one hand, ridiculous. After waiting over a week with no bed, husband got creative and found parts to get base together. Then the final steps, filling bed with air using remotes...one remote won't work at all. Can't connect and have gone through all troubleshooting, nothing worked. Dread calling again. When I tried going to QVC customer service for a way to contact Sleep Number to expedite getting the parts, I got nowhere. After insisting they have a supervisor call me and being promised a call back, still waiting so I guess they don't care either. Two stars for after all the hassle bed is at least more comfortable than what I had before. Why don't they just include some extra hardware for QVC customers to avoid all potential problems, seems like an easy solution to avoid all the hassle. Couple bucks of hardware for a big investment item not too much to expect. Have to reconsider continuing as QVC customer after this big disappointment in getting no support for what they are promoting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad I wanted this bed really bad, started putting it to gather one part not all there and found another part missing.. was in my home for 2 weeks before I could have it picked up a total nightmare.. will never order from qvc again. The bed was like 6000.00 dollars and was not all perfect like it should have been. Very disappointed buyer be warned..
