Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great deal The reason this does not have smart 360 bed features is because that is a different line of beds by sleep number. If you are looking for the smart bed 360 you are buying the wrong bed in this listing. You will not get this price or qvc easy pay convenience. Please don’t bash reviews on a perfectly good bed at an AWESOME price just because you didn’t do your own research.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T DO IT! These beds are horrible! It's literally a blow up camping mattress with a piece of foam over it! Not worth the time and money. And they don't return your shopping money if you don't like it. Horrible experience!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mild disapointment When I purchased the bed from QVC I assumed this bed would contain all of the same features as the i10 Flex Top in the store like: 1. Adjustable firmness, comfort and support on both sides - your Sleep Number® setting. 2. Responsive Air™ technology effortlessly responds to you by automatically adjusting to your needs. 3. You'll both learn how the bed adjusts to your individual comfort and see the effects on your sleep quality–your SleepIQ® score. The #3 feature IS NOT INCLUDED in ALL Sleep Number QVC orders. You cannot use the Sleep Number IQ app because an order from QVC does NOT have the Sleep Number Order # required for Sleep Number IQ app to register. You cannot purchase this separate from QVC nor from Sleep Number. The remote provided with the Sleep Number in the QVC order is a Universal remote that ONLY controls the Sleep Number settings. This remote does not control the Adjustable base to raise or lower your head or feet. The bed is comfortable and is taking a little to get used to. It has been 3 days. The assemble of the bed took me about 4 hours working by myself. I spent another 1 hour after the assemble speaking with the Sleep Number customer service to understand how to set up my sleep number remote. After a good 45 min on resetting the remote 5 times she realized that the QVC orders DO NOT have the same features and options as the i10 purchased in the store. So my remote will only control the sleep number setting NOT the adjustable base.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointed with Sleep Number and QVC Received bed today and it is extremely aggravating to put together because the instructions they send are for a regular sleep number bed and this one is a flex king which is different. The customer service for sleep number does not know how to help or the one we talked to the first time and it takes about 4 hours and two people because of lifting not one. Finally my husband was almost finished and one of the remotes that program your number did not work, after trying everything the customer service rep for Sleep Number told him to do she said it must be the remote and it will be 7 to 10 working days. This is unacceptable when you pay almost $7,000.00 for a bed!!!! He told her he wanted it overnighted so she ask her supervisor who had him try again then told him she cant overnight because that would cost more than the remote. Not happy at all, in fact really mad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase Delivery was 13 days early. Setup was easy following provided instructions. A remote for the adjustable base was missing. Customer service provided contact information for adjustable base company who promised delivery in 3 to 5 days. Bed is very comfortable.
