No neck support AT ALL!
Well, bottom line is that I am still looking for a GREAT pillow. This one I wouldn't even call an "okay" pillow. The pillow has a very cheap insert which has absolutely no neck or head support at all. Just placing my head on it flattened it completely. When I tried to sleep on "my side" that was even worse. If you are a "side sleeper" this is NOT the pillow for you. Not only did this pillow give me no neck support but my shoulder was hurting me as well (after only one night of using this pillow). One other thing, which just seemed odd to me, was that the pillow case/cover is VERY slippery. I had to continue all night tugging at it just to get it BACK under my head (as it kept sliding around). I do not use "silk or satin" sheets . . . just cotton sheets . . . but this pillow was slipping and sliding like crazy. Only positive thing I can say, is that the "packaging" was very "high end". But I'm not paying $50 for a nice quality plastic storage bag. Sending this back asap.

Very Comfortable!
I have tried every pillow. When I saw this I was ready to try again as I believe Mr. King would not endorse an inferior product. Wow I was right. This pillow really does have the cooling as stated. It is not too soft and not too firm. I love how I can adjust it to my comfort level as a side sleeper. I'm back for more. Thank you!

Wonderful Pillow
I suffer from back problems and over the past few years have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows that don't work for me. I saw the presentation for this pillow and liked the cooling technology as well so thought I'll give it a try. This pillow is not too firm or too soft it's in-between. I had the best nights sleep on this pillow! and woke up with my back and neck not hurting as much, I am hoping that as the days and weeks go on using this pillow that my back and neck pain will diminish even further. I would definitely recommend this pillow... off to order the queen size now for my kids bed :)
