Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love My New Ladder! Bought it to use at our warehouse and it’s sturdy. Put together in about 10 minutes or less. It is a heavy ladder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Ladder of All Ladders This is every woman's dream. It is easy to move from one place to the other. Each step is wide for people with big feet like myself to climb and not be fearful of tripping. My boyfriend uses it to change the batteries in my outdoor cameras at my house. I am a extremely happy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heavy I couldn't wait to get this much need ladder. Oh My. Its extremly Heavy. I couldn't believe it. That is the reason I ordered this was the hype of it being lightweight. Oh and to close it you need 4 hands and 4 feet. Wish I could have like it. I really wanted it to work. I'm a shortcake woman but very fit and it is too heavy and to hard to close. I'll be putting it in a garage sale at the end of the year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JUST WHAT I NEEDED This is a heavy step stool, had a hard time carrying it in the house. It was packed amazingly well, but I used my wire cutters and spread the parts out and had it assembled in less than 15 minutes and I am a 71 year old senior woman. It will be great for dusting my ceiling vents, ceiling fans and for some painting I am planning. It is very sturdy with nice wide steps and hand rails. It is a well made product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect Got it today. Love the sturdiness and the support rails. Not much heavier than the step ladder it is replacing but - if those support railings FOLDED in, it would take up much less space!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than a step stool We have high ceilings with windows that were hard to access without bringing in the tall ladder. This ladder is so sturdy, even on the top step..The sturdiness also makes it more difficult to maneuver than a step stool. It’s the price you pay for having that extra safety feature

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not my best purchase After we assembled ladder, we noticed all four feet did not touch the floor and was wobbling. It would have been too much to take it apart, rewrap it and try to return it. My husband straightened out some of the crossbars which helped to stabilize the ladder . One of the legs was bent differently than the others which we also fixed. All this may have happened in shipping but hard to tell. Like the idea of this ladder and will work with it but could not give it good marks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handyman Required I received my ladder in August 2017, and it's still in pieces in April. I needed help to remove it from the box, which was destroyed in the process. The side arms were attached with coated wires that were doubled and knotted. I had to use utility shears to free the arms. The wires had no slack, so now there's paint scraped off the ladder in 3 places. There's a very thick cardboard tube preventing me from attaching the top handrail onto the ladder main frame. It won't pull free and is much too thick for sheers. If your toolbox consists of a hammer and a few screwdrivers, this is not the ladder for you. I also have a Little Giant ladder purchased from QVC that's still in the box. It's much too heavy to move. This ladder is lighter but still fairly hefty.
