Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Sharp !!! I bought this tv in November 2018 & I haven’t opened the box yet !!! It’s a backup tv for when one of my other tvs go out...Lol !!! I’ve never experienced anything negative with a Sharp tv in the past. I’ve read the reviews & the good outweighs the bad, sooo I do not foresee any issues. Only time will tell !!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TV not AS ADVERTISED by QVC, buyers beware QVC advertised that this TV has full web browsing and it does not. The ONLY REASON I decided to get a little bigger set than I needed was that it was both 4K and had FULL Web Browsing. Since this bad advertising has cost me time and money, it was a very, very disappointing experience. Call manufacturer before you buy TVs from QVC. Also, had to call Sharp to verify it doesn't have the browser since I could not find it. Support from Sharp was very bad, very inexperienced. They spoke bad English and had very little ability to solve problems and consistently took information down wrong. After a wasted hour with them, call QVC for a refund. Lastly, it was manufactured 2 YEARS ago, so appears I got dumped an outdated TV.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The volume and hdmi is faulty I ordered this TV in November of 2018 and finally unboxed it early December 2018. The HDMI port wouldn’t show sound or picture, so I switched to another hdmi port. The volume changes to 50 on its own multiple times a day. In the process of returning it ASAP!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Television Rocked my Dad's Christmas! I purchased this television set for my father's bedroom, as a Christmas gift. After setting up everything, (which only took less than 10 minutes), the picture quality delivered by this set was exceptional! My Dad has raved each day since Christmas, on the amazingly clear picture and crisp sound quality. He said each scene in a movie, is as if the characters are right in the room with him... The value of this television is more than great, and as a long-time QVC shopper, this is my first review; but one that couldn't be neglected to be done! Kudos to Sharp, and QVC for bringing us such a tremendous value, as it has made my Dad a very happy man!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was Great For 2 Months! I was so happy with this TV! The picture quality was BEAUTIFUL. I enjoyed it daily, until last night. when I used the Amazon Video app. Add of a sudden, I received a message that there was not enough bandwidth & I may experience delays with the programs. I know what you're thinking, that sounds like a problem with your wireless network, not the television. I thought the same thing, so I tried to exit the app. It just gave me this blue gradient screen, rather than switching over to my HDMI, cable connection. So, I said, okay let me try the Netflix app (I've used A LOT). Netflix wouldn't play either. It just kept circling. So, I exited Netflix & again, just a blue gradient screen. Turned the TV off, waited a few minutes, turned it back on. Again, just the blue gradient screen. It wouldn't even give me the pretty pics of flowers that come on if there is a weak signal, nothing. I tried this over & over again. Restarted my cable box, everything. I called QVC, the senior csr informed me there was nothing wrong with the TV that it was a problem with my network. I am an IT PM, I am not a technical novice. So, I went to my wifi ONLY iPad & opened my cable app to let her hear the app playing live TV without issue. Ditto with the Amazon Video app. There was nothing wrong with my home network, the issue was with the television and HONESTLY, I have no idea what happened. I don't know if it is related to the fact that I tried the Amazon Video app or if it was just happen stance that it occurred concurrently. The bottom line is, I've only had the TV for 2 months, if its going to act up now, shoot who knows how it will act in the next few months.
