I really like the Shark VACMOP. It works great. I like that you can vacuum your hard floors and then spray and mop in such a short period of time. What I did not like was the delivery of the product. It was delivered in the manufacturers box and not packed in a shipping box so when it arrived one side of the box was smashed and partly opened exposing the VACMOP. I thought I was going to have to return it. Luckily it was okay. I don't like the way the product was shipped. It seems careless to me.

This Shark Vacuum Was Ok, Box Damaged
My Shark VacMop Pro arrived at my home with the box severely damaged. I was very disappointed in the packaging due to the point that the box was so damaged. Since I am in Utah in my home is in WV, I’m not able to find out if there is damage to it or not and my husband doesn’t know how to operate it. What I suggest is that the manufacturer needs to put it in the better packaging to protect it or they will get a lot of unnecessary returns!

Best purchase ever! I’m a very happy cat owner!
This might be the best thing I ever ordered from QVC. My new coop unit is hardwood floors and Toby kept tracking his litter around on his paws! White specks all over! But no longer is it a problem…this light weight gem is a quick and easy fix and the the cleaner works like magic to keep my floors looking fresh and new! LOVE THIS…AND YES IM SHOUTING IT!!!

So disappointed.
We just put down new flooring, and I was wondering what type of mop to purchase. I should have read this much better. It does not vacuum the solution from the floor. But, worse, while it says light weight, if you have any problems with your back or hip, this mop is very hard to push.

Not impressed for the money
First of all…. I love my Shark products but t hi s did not meet my standards. The mop feature is more like a bona mop or a swifffer. It really does not clean the floor, just does a “slip bucket surface job” the vacuum feature is nice but for the cost of the disposable pads which also has the compartment that holds what you vacuum up will get costly. I like the cordless feature so I may just need to buy a cordless vacuum and continue to mop the old fashioned way and save this shop vac for quick jobs

Life saver
I adopted an older dog with incontinence issues. Needless to say even w doggie diapers there are frequent cleanups. This has been amazing and so easy to use. Love the cleaner that came with it- no lingering odors. Highly recommend it. Enjoy the no touch in the trash pads.
