Rated 1 out of 5 by from No replacement parts available I bought a similar model last November as a TSV and love the vacuum. My problem now is that the premium pet power brush has stopped working, is not under warranty, and because I bought it at QVC, Shark has no replacement for it. They said I had to try to get the part from QVC, which you know will never happen. I would recommend if you want a Shark, to buy it from a big box store so you will be able to get help if you have a problem with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's Grown on Me I don't recall when I purchased this but it must have been before Mar 2015 as that is the oldest review, unless QVC removed my initial review which as not complimentary, as I outlined the things that disappointed me. It still is a heavy vac and I wouldn't buy it for my elderly mother, but it cleans very well & is extremely easy to pop out the wand & clean a crack or suck down a cobweb. At first, the rubber grip rubbed blisters on my thumb web but that seems to have smoothed out. The extra pieces to make it a canister or use the microfiber hard floor duster arent handy to store with the vac, but maybe that's just my house. The L shaped flat under the refrigerator sweeper is ingenious! My frig has been swept under more in the few years I've had this than in the previous 15. The one caution is the availability of replacement filters. The model number, which on mine is NV682QRD (which I assume is a special model # for QVC machines) cannot be found on a search & Shark website says it doesn't exist, so replacement filter purchase is difficult. I have yet to find if there is a corresponding series that will match. But I do like the sweeper and my boyfriend even bought one at Ollie's since we liked mine so much. Now that I've used it a while, I'm glad I bought it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from After 5 years of ownership Initially, I liked this vacuum. I replaced a Dyson pet vacuum which ceased to operate during a whole home renovation project. After a few months, the plastic hose mount broke, Shark sent a replacement part immediately. Several months later, the vacuum died, when I contacted their customer service department I was told to ship it back (at my expense) and if they deemed it a warranty issue, they would either repair it or replace it. So much for customer service!! Fortunately, my housekeeper was able to fix the issue. Today, 5 years after my purchase of this vacuum, on QVC, it died. Needless to say, I do not recommend this product nor will I purchase another Shark product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 4 YEARS LATER and this vacuum is EXCELLENT I am probably the only one who can give you a true review. I have had this vac for over 4 years, I use it 2+ times a week in a 4000 sq ft home!! We have cats and this cleans all the hard wood floors and our carpeted bedrooms. Still today it works like it is brand new. Treat this vacuum with respect and it will last a very long time. I have not had any issues with this vacuum. ANd would highly recommend it to anyone, I have 3 of the other 'D' vacuums, the 'B' vacuums and they just sit in the closet..... buy this machine and you will not regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this vacuum! Previously had this same vacuum, but after much use over the last few years, it was time to buy another. We have had Dysons in the past, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Shark for a fraction of the cost of what we had paid for our Dysons. We have hardwood floors, and hallway runners, and it works great on both. You know you have a happy customer when you come back a 2nd time to rebuy the same vacuum!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Problems, we are pleased with it. We bought this vacuum right before Christmas, and in the approximate month or so that we've owned it, are pleased with it's performance. It's slightly heavier than our old Shark Rotator, but not by much. There were several complaints in the reviews about the cord being so low to the floor that it was in the way. This vacuum has a small hook, on the handle- where the cord can be clamped and holds it up and away from the floor (without a person having to hold it) which works out nicely. So far the suction of the vacuum is very good, it's great on pulling up the nap on our short shag carpeting, and the carpet looks clean. We are happy with our purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dies in less than 2 years? This vacuum was delivered to my house on 9/8/15. Today, 7/3/17, it died. Am I crazy to expect a $200 + vacuum to last longer than 2 years?
