Shark Rocket Ultra-Light 2-in-1 Corded Stick Vacuum and Accessories is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 141.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun to vac! This vac makes it fun to use. Easy and works really good. I have birds so we do get messy here. I have a multilevel home so I have two of these. Light weight and lots of attachments for just the right tool for everything. Goes under things well and gets in small places. Best vac I ever owned. I have had many expensive ones in the past but this beats them all by a long shot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why Did Shark Get Rid Of The Light??? Really? These are going downhill each time I purchase one. My first one was great and lasted about 5 years. Last one never worked as good as the first then burned itself out in about a year. And now you removed one of the best features which was the light? Why must the quality of EVERYTHING erode??? Things should get better not worse!! It's really a disgrace!!! Will be returning if for no other reason than sheer principle. Bring back the light and the quality!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Purchase! This is the first vacuum I can honestly say sucked the dirt up. I have just vacuumed with my old vacuum and when I used the Shark. It got up more dirt. It works like a champ. I really love it. I would highly recommend this

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have only had the vacuum 2 months and I’m so disappointed. I believe shark is a good company but when they developed this rocket ultra light vacuum they did a terrible job. I use it a lot but this past week the floor attachment quit picking up various items on hardwood floors and the motor has become very loud. I’m planning on sending it back. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Top Heavy and Uncomfortable to Use First off, I will say that this did a nice job on the wood floors and it does a decent job on our area rugs. We may keep it just for the bare floors and touch ups. Because the power head is at the top, it is top heavy and uncomfortable to use for more than a couple of minutes. You are holding up the weight of the power head at the same time you are pushing it around. After just 5 minutes, my shoulder was aching. Also, if you need to stop to move chairs, etc. to get where you want, it doesn’t stand up unless you detach the power head and hang it on the hook near the base. Otherwise you have to lay it down and pick it up again. And you have to change the vacuum base to switch from carpet to bare floor unless you want to risk the rotating brushes damaging the finish on your wood floors. The other thing I don’t like is having to stop frequently to empty the dirt cup. This is the second Shark vacuum we have had in the 8 years we’ve lived in this house and I did not like either. Both have relatively narrow vacuum paths which means you are doing more passes to clean the same area. Neither had height adjustments for carpet pile (although the Rocket has 2 settings: one says for bare floors and area rugs and the other says for deep pile carpets, but nothing in between). The first Shark we had was so difficult to push on our area rugs, I had shoulder pain for days. I am starting to believe that nobody at Shark actually uses their product in a real world environment or they would design their products to be easier to use. I’ll stick with my big, bulky Kenmore canister vac that has a wider cleaning path, isn’t top heavy, doesn’t have to be emptied every 5 minutes and has a switch to turn off the rotating brush when you go from carpet to bare floor.
