Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight, self propelling. So easy to use A delight to use. So easy and lightweight. It cleans all by itself. My daughter and I fight over who's going to use it. Many attachments to get to every job. I love it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great This vacuum seems fragile for a house with kids and or pets. I’ve had it a year and a half and I already need a new one. It hadn’t worked right in about a year. It makes weird noises and the brush no longer spun. Not happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great vacuum I clean for a living and this the best vacuum I have ever used especially for tile and hardwood floors. It gets all the sand and dust off the floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best One of the best vacuum ive ever owned . Would give it a 6 star if i could. This one has the best suction I've ever experienced, it actually feels like its running away from you . It even comes with a tool to cut the hair from off the roller and the cord is so long i dont have to keep plugging from room to room. Love that its also a hand held with a lot of tools. And the best part is its light weight.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I had expected I do love the Rocket Complete Duo because it actually does pick up larger debris, and also that the handle releases quickly. I love that is has lights both on the bottom and also where the top when released lights up. The on board tools are great, and has a nice long cord. Those are the pros. Now the cons, not many but significant. When I am vacuuming on my hardwood floors, if something does not pick up on the first pass, it pushes it behind and won't let me vacuum it up. I have to do some fancy maneuvers to get to the front of the debris to pick it up. What I ultimately do is whip off then quick release wand and suck it up that way, not how I want to do things but it works. The other glaring issue is when I am vacuuming up my indoor floor carpet mats that are at the entrances of the house, it spits all the little bits of sand all over the place, for that I have not found a solution. All I want to do it turn it on, vacuum, and put it away, it is frustrating to say the least.. I used a diff brand vacuum ( begins with a D) and it actually did pick up first pass, and also didn't spit out debris, but it was flimsy and uncomfortable to use . I like the fact that Shark vacuums are solid machines. I have owned Sharks in the past, and actually still have my Shark Professional Lift Away, so maybe I set the bar too high this time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disappointed with lack of suction I love this lightweight product, but it doesn't have the suction my heavier Shark has. I bought it for the lighter weight and the accessories. I can live with the suction.
