Hearts came cracked and missing pieces
This is one of two items that I have returned from Valerie's line. All the other items I have kept and enjoyed very much. This one was missing the little jewels that were supposed to be on them. I was just going to reglue them but they weren't in the box, so they had to be missing before they were put in the box. Also a couple of them were cracked when I pulled them out. since this was well packed. I wonder if they were cracked before they were put in the box also. Don't know who made these for Valerie, but they weren't up to her normal high standards. So back they went.

Heart ornaments
Ordered one set to give as gifts, VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! I would be ashamed to give to someone as a gift. The paint is chipping and missing several of the crystals on each of the ornaments. The lids won't stay closed on three of the five! First and last time buying any products off of the maker of these! Definitely not what I saw on QVC!!! Junk!

Very Disappointed
I love VPH. I have purchased so many of her items. I thought these were gorgeous and wanted to give to my daughters and sister in law with necklaces and earrings in. Unfortunately, 3 in one box wouldn’t close and two in the other box. I will not be returning because it’s not worth the cost to return. This is one of my biggest pet peeves with QVC. They allow exchanges to be returned at no charge but not for damages or defects! And ever since they got rid of buy more than one get half off shipping for each additional item, their shipping costs are way TOO HIGH! I guess I will have to “modify” them on my own to somehow get them to close.

Poor Quality - Big Disappointment
I LOVE Valerie Parr Hill items as a whole and they are usually good quality, even beyond my expectations for the price. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about these ornaments. Of the 5, only TWO are not missing crystals or have no large blemishes in the paint finish. I cannot gift these as I had intended. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT RELY ON THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND ORDERED THE STUNNING EGG SET...FOR MY ANNUAL,TRADITIONAL ORNAMENT CHRISTMAS GIFT TO MY DAUGHTERS, GRAND CHILDREN AND OUR FIRST GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER. EACH WAS IN GREAT SHAPE . INCLUDES CARD INSIDE TO MAKE NOTATION AS TO YEAR GIVEN ETC. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEIR DELIGHT IN THE LATEST ADDITION TO THEIR COLLECTION. THIS ONE IS EXCEPTIONAL

Gift of Gratitude
Last Thanksgiving we picked 5 individuals (past boss, aunt, cousins, & sister) wrote each a note of gratitude, placed smaller note inside ornament, and gave letter and ornament as an unexpected gift. Just bought more for this year! Wonderful gift and opportunity to tell someone the positive difference they have made.

75% did not larch out of two boxes
I am a collector of anything Hearr collector and they are very beautiful. I bought two boxes because I have 6 grandchildren. Four out of ten won't latch. My daughter said she would get my son"s wife and four kids. Each of the four eggs had to & from and year. We always just give everyone a Christmas cards with money and she chose to use the money in their cards for drugs and won't even deliver the heart ornaments. I'm sorry as this has nothing to do with you. The four eggs that are mine do not latch shut but I can exchange for a different box if any is left because my oldest grandson lives with us and he's not thrilled with the only one in the box and it's color. I'm unable to call you because of my COPD & EMPHYSEMA my emails are not working. I believe there might be more but I need to help my breathing and I have been a good customer and you have so far been very easy to work with & I'm hoping it continues.
