Excellent Little Trees
Both light from top to bottom. The finish is more of a matte. The tree is bright so you lose most of the green color when lit. But the tree is a keeper. No glitter on hands! I think the 'sugared' material holds better.

POORLY WRAPPED
I like the trees but I have a problem with how they were packaged. When I first opened the box, I thought it was an "As Is" item that I had ordered. Trees were loosely wrapped with a foam wrap of some kind. Valerie's trees always come in molded styrofoarm to protect them. Luckily they were not broken and I checked thoroughly in case they were a returned item. If I were gifting them, I would return. But since they are for me, I'll keep them, Anyone else have this issue???

Beautiful
I received these this week, one of many VPH items that were at my door. They are perfect accent with the 9" Gingerbread houses, which I have since ordered 2 additional of those since they are so darn cute. Once all are checked to make sure timers are working, will have to force myself to pack them up until November. No issues with anything thus far, everything arrived in perfect condition and all are working just fine.

Beautiful Glistening Trees
I received my trees and they really are pretty. I tapped on them to see if they were plastic or glass and they are definitely glass. The sugar on them looks like glistening snow. They are beautiful during the day and will look beautiful when they are lit up at night. Very happy with this purchase!

Gorgeous Glass Trees!
These trees are glass and NOT plastic as another reviewer said! They light up beautifully at night and during the day, they are just as pretty unlit. They are just the right size to put up high or low. The only thing plastic is the battery compartment. Another lovely piece from VPH!
