Serta Perfect Sleeper Cache Hotel Pillowtop King Mattress Set is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Retains body heat This mattress was very comfortable, however, noisy with movement. What made me return the mattress was the retention of body heat. I know everyone is different, but once my husband complained about it I knew it wasn’t my imagination. Unfortunately, had to return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great mattress set Very comfortable. My only complaint is that it's a very high mattress which makes it hard to get in bed. I'll have to buy step stool. It didn't seem as high when the showed it on TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Purchase and my Perfect Sleeper Solution I was motivated to buy this mattress because I always wanted a hotel bed and the last mattress I made after "trying it out" in the store was very unsatisfactory after we got it home. Well we were just stuck --with a 900$ purchase. The idea of being able to sleep on the mattress for a few weeks and still being able to return it sounded ideal to me. So I purchased this mattress and it arrived in @10-14 days. First let me write about my impressions about the product itself. It has the same appearance and feel (bed surface fabric) of a decent to higher quality mattress as in retail stores. The bold design is very attractive in my opinion, overall look as pictured. The bed feels very supportive yet cushy to my body, a bit too firm initially for my husband's body. I certainly feel it is as comfortable and enticing as a hotel bed mattress on it's own. My husband has back issues and would like a featherbed to be added to fully achieve his idea of "hotel bed" comfort, but he still believes it is a very comfy mattress. He is very heavy, big guy and I am thankful that it appears to be sturdy, well made and appropriate pricing for the quality. I'd like to share now about my overall shopping experience with the purchase of the bed. After purchasing the bed I received notification via email and voice message about the delivery process. I was made aware well in advance when my bed would arrive (it was earlier than promised) and the representative scheduling the delivery was accommodating. The delivery crew was excellent, friendly and professional. I am re-furnishing my entire house and have had many recent deliveries, I would say the crew was definitely in the top 3-5 of the crews I have had come to my home. As promised, they moved my old mattress up a flight of stairs to our guestroom, a feat my husband and I could not have done on our own. Even though we were very impressed by the whole experience, I didn't initially see any reviews of this particular mattress and similar Serta products, and decided to see if there any reviews had been updated. I highly value reviews, but as a tenured online shopper, I decided to make the leap because of the no restocking fee and easy return policy. To my surprise, I found many negative reviews on other similar models or Serta brand @ QVC. The main complaint (again on another model but still Serta) was about the mattress having a dip in the middle after some time and not getting serviced on warranty. I of course was very concerned it was "too good to be true" and started to have buyers remorse; even though I was a very satisfied customer. So I decided to reach out to Serta customer service about the warranty and any information I needed to know to avoid potential problems. Well, my first call in was very frustrating, as the sales person from Serta told me I would need to contact QVC about any warranty issues and they would subsequently start the claim. I then called QVC customer service rep and she adamantly told me Serta would start the claim if I had issues beginning on day 31 of my purchase. Due to the confusion and back and forth I am now very upset and wanting to simply start the return process--I did not want to participate in a bait and switch. However, thinking more about the QVC interactions I have had in the past I decided to ask to speak to a supervisor/resolution person to escalate my issue. I was told I would be called back. In the meantime, it occured to me that in my initial conversation I talked to a sales person at Serta, not a customer service/warranty person. So I decided to make one more call and the rep quickly answered and apologized that the previous rep was a little mixed up on the process, but indeed Serta would be responsible for warranty issues on day 31- to year 10. I pressed her at length about the issues I read in the reviews. She addressed them and recommended that I ensure the mattress is protected from stains, and supported by a metal frame or wood platform with a center support and feet in the middle that touch the floor. It is my understanding that not doing either of these could potentially void your warranty. It seems to me that any mattress could sag without a proper frame although I am not discounting any reviewers experience. Since I already planned to better protect my mattress with a waterproof, allergy friendly, and bugproof cover, and to use a frame like she described I felt these were reasonable requirements. The supervisor call me about an or so hour later and although I was content with the Serta service, I still had questions for QVC to account for those negative reviews I had read. I wanted to know "how many of these do you sell and what if Serta didn't take care of me?" She assured me in a very confident tone that QVC sells tens of thousands of these mattresses, and if I were to have an issue with Serta or any of their vendors, that they would definitely like to know about it and would gladly assist. As I have been QVC customer for some time and haven't had any issues, I believe I can trust them and am no longer nervous about my purchase. Perhaps people who are satisfied may not take the time to write reviews on this type of purchase. I can say that if I do have any negative issues or even continued satisfaction with the mattress--I'll update this review because this is a bigger buying decision and I hope to help everyone. Now I can fully enjoy my wonderful mattress, and the fact that I didn't have to slug around to a bunch of mattress places, pay extra for shipping and still not be sure if I would be happy with the it! So all in all, I'd recommend this mattress, and buying from QVC. I hope they sell them for a long time because I really don't see going back to a mattress store in the future after this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Sleep Ever!!! We have only had the bed for two months, but we have had many different types of mattresses and believe we found what we've been looking for. My husband and I have always snored. Neither of us are snoring any longer - the Truth!!! I come to bed much later than my husband, and when I get in bed now, he doesn't even budge, even a little. It is a firm/soft sleep. Will write again in a few months, but I believe this has been the best purchase ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mattress We ordered this mattress as a T S V. My husband and I are very satisfied. The mattress is very comfortable and very plush. We also purchased the mattress topper which was also a TSV. We’re very pleased with both items.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Arthritis back says hard as a brick The folks that think it’s like sleeping on a cloud is because they can probably touch them. I’m 5’2 could barely get on it &it bare but had to put 3” foam topper to stand it now I have to use a stool to get on it. Did not realize since I had slept on a sleep number bed for 15 years & didn’t feel husband move, now I feel everything every little move probably be on the hunt for new sleep number.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleeping on a cloud This mattress is fantastic! It is the perfect firm and plush mix for us. Yes, it does conform to your body. The plush pillow top is very cushiony and you feel like you’re floating on a cloud. The mattress itself is firm and supportive. The pillow top is very well constructed, the stitching is tight, the tufted buttons are secure. It is a high sittingmattress. I love it! We got the king size. You cannot feel your partner moving around a lot. It just conforms to your body and it supports you in all the right places. Money well spent. Delivery service was exceptional and as stated. We had to change it from our previous Serta purchase which was way too firm. This one is perfect! Thank you QVC for the flexible payments an Serta for the great quality. Happy owners. You will not be disappointed with this high end luxe mattress. So worth the money.
