Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worthless This stuff smells to high heaven, and yes it lingers till you wash it again. It also does NOTHING good for your hair - leaves it dry, coarse, and brittle plus stinky. More damaging than helpful. I have never encountered such a poor hair product before. I ordered and used several varieties, and all were worthless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT ALMOST WENT BACK TO QVC...... I had the product packed and ready to go to the post office but decided to give it one more try. Besides, who wants to go to the post office during Covid. I'm in my 70s and am sure that under my color treated hair, my hair is all gray. I have a lot of curl and frizz which drives me crazy. Before I tried this product I'd try everything else out there but nothing helped. I'd blow my hair dry, get it straight, and about an hour later a layer of frizz would appear. Also, it looked dull and dry. I reached a point where my hair was out of control and the ONLY time it looked good was when I had it professionally blown out. I decided that I'd give this a try knowing I could get a full refund. It's more expensive then any other hair product I've used but I'm here to tell you it's so worth it. As far as the smell goes, it doesn't last and doesn't bother me. It isn't a chemical smell. The first time I used it I did the treatment. After that I used it as a leave in conditioner. I still wasn't satisfied. Yesterday I unpacked it and used it after shampooing and VOILA, success. When I walked into the living room, my husband commented about how nice my hair looked. When he touched it he said it felt silky, the same way it feels when I come home from the salon. Waking up this morning was the test. Usually the back is curly the next morning. Not this morning. My hair this morning looks as good as it did yesterday. I do have thick hair so I use much more then the directions call for. I only wash my hair once a week so this will last a long time. If your hair looks dull and dry and is unmanageable, it's worth trying, especially since you can return it. I'm happy I decided to keep it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally Worth It! I bought Chemical Conflict for my bleach blonde hair, which was really dry and had damaged/breaking ends. I have thin and fine curly hair, and I was pretty embarrassed by it. After an overnight treatment my curls started higher up my head and they were more defined and more of them, which made my hair look fuller (bonus!). It definitely felt more hydrated too. My hair was pretty bad so seeing this after day one was exciting! I only use 1/2 walnut size on my thin hair, so I never feel like I need to wash it out in the morning and don't feel like there is any product in my hair at all. Maybe my hair is so dry that it soaks in all the cream? It only takes me one minute to apply it (even if I start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen it). I personally don't understand the comments about the smell. I LOVE the smell - no chemicals or perfume, just sweet. And I don't smell it anymore after I style my hair, anyway, and maybe because I only use a little bit for my hair type (just past the shoulders). I only wash my hair once, maybe twice a week, and I use it every time I get out of the shower before using other products or sleeping in it. I do feel like my hair has gotten stronger and more hydrated over time, esp when I look back at pictures. I had some real hair concerns and I feel like I finally found something that is making my hair healthier instead of just making it look good for the day. I think it's totally worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE BEST Just placed second order today. This a product that does what claims. My thin 72 yr. old hair looks thicker, healthy and no more frizz. The scent is a natural not a chemical one. I have tried many treatments this is the Best. Also a great shampoo is Olaplex and their conditioner! QVC needs to keep Save Me and Olaplex available.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money I purchased both the Save Me Age and Save Me Chemical. I have seen no noticeable difference in my hair. I alternated using the two products and even slept with one of the products in my hair with a towel turban around my head. I did have some waves in my hair the next day after I washed out the product. Again, for the money and time needed to used the product, there are other quality products on the market that are just as good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! I got the age formula and used several times. Once overnight but will probably mostly use as leave in after shampoo. I have no problem with the smell. Very faint. My very dry and thin flat hair looks so thick ,shiny ,and healthy! I am hoping it will keep improving over time and reduce hair breakage and loss. I may even try the other formula since I do color my hair. Will be purchasing this again! My hair looks and feels better than it has for a very long time! Thanks for this wonderful product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not For Me I've used this twice, left it on overnight and then washed it out. It left my hair limp and didn't help with the frizz. I will return and continue my search...:(

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting, jury still out I have been using this for a few weeks. I bought the Aging hair one. So far I like it, but waiting to see if my hair stops breaking completely over time. The smell does not bother me at all, so I am not sure why people react so strongly. I have a sensitive nose & hate most perfumes, but this is not a chemical, perfumed smell to me. It is more of a natural smell and sort of pleasant in my view. So far so good!
