Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Experience With Santa’s Best A few years ago I purchased a 9’ Santa’s Best tree with the same options for lighting variations, easy setup and a remote control. By the second season we set the tree up, the lighting had a “short” that caused multiple sections to have multiple bulbs that would show differently than the rest of the tree (regardless of the setting we chose). My QVC purchase warranty was still in effect and Santa’s Best provided a full replacement tree. It sat in my attic awaiting this last Christmas season. About 3 days after setting up the new tree (straight from the box) we had a similar problem with the lights. I contacted Santa’s Best at the beginning of December and was advised due to high order volumes, they would be unable to get me a replacement before Christmas. I lived with the defective lights for this season in expectation that a replacement would come after the holiday rush died down. Now it is July and I still do not have my replacement. I contacted them in January for an update and again in March. In March the Customer Service team said it could be July or August before a replacement might be available. In love the product promise of these trees as shown on QVC, but I now have serious concerns about the quality based on having two very expensive products with defective lights in a row and I am weary of the service, given I am still waiting on a replacement (per my warranty) after 8 months. QVC should demand better quality and experiences for their customers.
