Decent but tough
I had that phone before, and I didn't really like it that much because it had a bad battery life, but I will say that this phone is really tough. I dropped it on the concrete so many times, and the screen hasn't cracked or shattered at all. The aluminum chassis was banged up a bit, but the screen remained intact, which surprised me

Great phone up until now...
I purchased this phone on 10/10/16 and it's been a great phone until a few weeks ago - it started to freeze up (texting, using the keyboard, whatever involves using the touch screen, which is EVERYTHING). It takes anywhere from 20 to 30 seconds to unfreeze but will freeze again periodically. VERY frustrating. Naturally the warranty expired in November 2017.

This phone was affordable and easy to use
I liked this phone because it was affordable it was easy to use. It was helpful with its hints and tips. Everything was all around great with and about this phone.

I have had a hard time gewtting my email setup and I can't seem to send Video's on the Text Messaging. It will not attach the file. I can send pics but, not Video's. I'm sure there is enugh data, I just can't get it to work.

Can't use in our area
I had to return, because this type of phone cannot be used in our area. So, be sure you can use it in your area before buying!

The best phone I've owned yet!
Great price for excellent product! Have used for close to a month now and have had no issues as of to date. Had an earlier Samsung phone a few years back and just a few months ago and had no issues with those products. Samsung has won me over!

Phone has good features but it freezes
Not at all happy with this phone & I would never recommend it to anyone! The screen and keyboard will freeze at any time & it happens almost every time I use the phone or any apps. There should be a total recall on this phone!! I bought this phone based on other peoples' reviews and thought they were accurate. My sister has the same phone & the same problems as well as a friend so it's not an isolated issue. I am not impressed with this phone. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!
