I have ordered a first set of chair,they have arrived on time.I have taken them out of the box and bum!,a little [ice of the back rest was broken.I have contact the manufacture ,they response in timely manner and replace the set for free.The second set just arrived today,I have rush to open the box and proceed to put the first chair together,guest what a rest arma was shatter .Obviously the wood they using is trash.So please do not buy this product,QVC must be more selected on the quality of products they sale.I have just started to be a QVC costumer few weeks back.i am rethinking to continue to do so.Extremely disappointed .Product broken twice?
