Terrible quality
I ordered this chair and it is very cute but horrible quality!! I sat on the chair for the SECOND time and the footrest collapsed and cracked, leaving my leg with a wound from the pointed sharp wood. It is very possible that it had a hairline crack in it when I received it.
I have been trying to call QVC and I cannot get through. I threw out the box it was shipped in because I figured I would not return it. This is a very expensive chair and I need a refund please! QVC can you please contact me??? HELP!
Only giving it one star because that it my only option!

Nice chair but read the measurements and decide.
Once my husband put the chair together I wondered if I accidentally chose a child sized chair. He is 5’9 and his feet hang over the edge. The width is what seems so narrow. I’m 5’5 and about 120 lbs and it fits me perfectly but keep in mind that the seat cushion is only 18 1/2 inches wide & the chair only sits 9” from the seat to the floor so it might be hard for older people to get in and out being so low. The measurements were way off on the tag that came with the chair. Having said all of that, it appears to be made well, my kids are fighting over it, and my husband still wants to use it. So we are keeping it.
