No GOOD!
I bought this item because of the sale pitch from the speaker on your show. The urgency that it would it would sell out because of how GOOD this product is and how it will keep you cool. This is not true. It gets warm very quickly and does not keep you cool at all. I buy products on YOUR word that it's a GOOD product. I'm very dissapointed. It's not about the money. It's about the presentation of a good production and it fact, it's not a good production. I bragged about buying it and once I got it, it was said, "I TOLD YOU SO" I would'n give it any stars, but that is not an option.

Not cool!
Had to turn every couple of minutes or so, and it wasn't cool even when turned and resnapped. Does not work. Sending it back.

Keeps me from overheating when walking my dog.
Love it. I keep one in my bag just in case I'm out and about and overheat. It not the weather it my body temperature it's broken! Everyday, twice a day when I walk my dog I wear it around my neck and it keeps me cool and my body temperature down. No tissue or napkins needed on walk any more at least for me! LOL. It easy to hand wash and ready to use again. Two wishes, if the length could be six inches longer. Although I found I way to tuck one length into the label as a loop to hold in place as a scarf around my neck, so it doesn't blow off. Second wish, more colors, maybe dual colors on one towel.

Not Helping As I Thought
Doesn't work as long as I need it to..I work in the heat and humitiy and it doesn't last for 30 minutes.. Maybe I'm doing something wrong ?
I've popped it...put in water with ice etc..best thing it does is wipe my face :(
