Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not easy to use Essentially no instructions. Nothing is intuitive to use and there are not even decent instructions online. Because I waited too long to return I am tossing it in the garbage instead. It may be easy to use if you have instructions but since there are not any I will never know.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hard to use but useful I admit that this product is difficult to master. I have an older model that does not have this expanded keyboard. This one is so much better with numbers and letters separate. The key to using this is to remember to use the little up and down arrows at the bottom of the keyboard, not the up,down, left, right arrows at the top in the circle. That is the way to get to the next line when putting in info. To begin select a password then press edit for instructions. When the instructions are not completed on that screen, press the down button (mentioned earlier at the bottom of the keyboard) to get the rest of the instructions. Once you master that, you can master this product. Have to admit it took me a while to learn that. Bought this for a friend and had to help her to learn to use it. This is so much better than having your passwords on paper on your desk or even in you computer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mini Mini Mini Received the keeper yesterday and it was very small even my grandchild could not type in the information because the keyboard was too small . It makes it too hard to type in the password and then when you go back you see that the password did not go through . This was a great idea and I really wished it would work but unfortunately I will have to be sending it back . And also the backlight on the unit is very dim
