VERY disappointed!
This is the second of these shredders we have received. The first one was ok for the first week or two. Then it’s started making this awful noise that we hadn’t heard before. We sent it back for an exchange. The second shredder was making the awful noise right out of the box, so it’s also going back! Does NOT seem to be a quality product for the money. So disappointed.

Shredder does what suppose to. Really like. The only dislike is the shredded paper that falls behind the bin. I didn't notice until ready to empty Even though, bin is closed all the way.

Better than expected!
I purchased this to shred mounds and mounds of papers from my grandparents home. I was able to fill 4 full trash bags before it over heated (normal shredders make it 5 minutes). It’s incredibly clean and very easy to open with the simple click of a button on the back. It’s compact and takes up a very small amount of space.Would highly recommend!

Great Shredder
I replaced an old machine with this micro-cut shredder and I love it. I especially love the fact that the bin opens from the bottom and I don't have to tip a large container into a bag to try to empty the shred. It's easy to operate and papers feed into it very smoothly.

Good Purchase
My old shredder was 10 years old and not the micro cut. This is great! It shreds so finely and the bin can hold much more that way. It fits nicely under my desk and it's so convenient to have wheels on it.
